It’s about creating a space where women in the pool industry can be seen, heard, supported, challenged, and inspired to

Ignite Their Impact. by @poolnation.media

We had the opportunity to spend the afternoon with an incredible group of women during the Pool Nation DRiV Experience. They showed up ready to learn more about themselves, challenge the way they think, connect with one another, and continue growing as leaders.

Then we came together for Pool Nation Awards Nominations Night, where we had the chance to celebrate the people, companies, products, and leaders who continue pushing our industry forward.

One of my favorite parts of the night was looking around the room and seeing so many incredible women who are helping shape the future of the pool industry.

Women who lead.

Women who build businesses.

Women who mentor others.

Women who aren't waiting for a seat at the table. They're helping build a bigger table.

And this is only the beginning.

Today, we officially kick off the 2026 Pool Nation Women's Summit: Ignite Your Impact. 🔥

To every woman who joined us for DRiV and Nominations Night, thank you for showing up, being vulnerable, sharing your experiences, supporting one another, and being part of this community.

The energy in the room was something special.

Now it's time to IGNITE YOUR IMPACT. 🔥 by @poolnation.media

Some dreams sound crazy… until they become real.

For years, Pool Nation existed in conversations, podcasts, classrooms, events, late nights, early mornings, flights, hotel rooms, and a whole lot of belief.

We were told we were crazy. That we could not do it. That we could not bring the industry together.

Today, it has an address. 21,000 square feet.

Pool Nation Headquarters is officially open.

Walking through these doors for the first time knowing what this place represents hit me differently.

Because I don’t see 21,000 square feet.

I see the pool pro who started with one truck and a dream of building something bigger.

I see the business owner trying to figure out how to make payroll, price correctly, build a team, and finally create a business that doesn’t own them.

I see the technician who wants to become a leader.

I see the woman in this industry who is ready to step forward and make her impact.

I see the next generation of pool professionals who will take this industry further than any of us imagined.

That’s who this building is for.

Yes, we are proud of what we have accomplished.

But more than anything, I feel a responsibility.

Because getting the keys wasn’t the finish line.

It was the starting point.

Now we have to fill these 21,000 square feet with education.
With conversations.
With uncomfortable questions.
With new ideas.
With relationships.
With opportunities.
With people who refuse to settle for “this is how we’ve always done it.”

Pool Nation has never been about building something for ourselves.
It’s about building something that helps elevate an entire industry.

To everyone who believed in this vision when it was nothing more than an idea, THANK YOU.

To everyone who helped us get here, thank you.

And to every pool professional wondering what’s next…

Come see what we’re building. This belongs to you.

Because the biggest chapter of Pool Nation doesn’t end with opening a headquarters.
It begins here.

Welcome to The Pool Pros Headquarters.

21,000 square feet. One mission.
