Power in my game, and strength in every step I take. This journey has shaped me to be calm yet fierce, soft yet unbreakable. I play with heart, I stand with purpose, and I carry both strength and grace wherever I go.

Sometimes you lose the game, but you never lose the character you built playing it. The heart this team showed will always matter more than the scoreboard. We gave everything on that field. The result hurts, but the journey with this team means more. As a captain, I couldn't be more prouder.

This wasn't just a game - it was a fight we gave together. Proud of you my girls , my team.

Thank you so much @sports_odisha for your continuous support and appreciation towards us. by @poonamrugby

I’m learning that not every journey is about reaching somewhere new. Sometimes it’s about leaving behind the noise, making space for yourself, and appreciating how far you’ve come.

Here’s to quiet nights, beautiful places, meaningful moments, and a heart that chooses peace over everything else. ✨🌙💜

🏆 CHAMPIONS OF GEORJADI 7s!

What a feeling to lift the trophy! 💪❤️ Every tackle, every run, every drop of sweat made this victory special.

A heartfelt thank you to @futurestarsportsacademy @dibyaranjan_17102 for believing in me, trusting me, and giving me the opportunity to be a part of the team. I’m truly grateful for the faith you placed in me and for giving me the chance to step onto the field and contribute. ❤️
This win is not just a trophy—it’s a reminder that when someone believes in you, you can give your best and create something special together. 🏆✨
Proud to be a part of this team. More to come!

A moment of pride, a journey of hard work, and a dream achieved. 🥇

These young athletes proved that dedication, discipline, and teamwork can turn dreams into reality. Seeing them fight together, support each other, and leave everything on the field is something truly special.

Congratulations to our U18 girls for bringing home the Gold Medal 🥇 at the Junior National Rugby 7s Championship, Hyderabad. I feel really honoured to be part of this amazing team.

This is just the beginning of many more victories to come. ❤️🏉 by @poonamrugby

It’s hard to put into words how much your care has meant to all of us. In our toughest moments, when our bodies were tired and our spirits low, you were always there — with patience, kindness, and a calm strength that kept us going. You didn’t just treat injuries, you lifted us, supported us, and believed in us even when we struggled.

Your humble nature and genuine care make you so special to this team. Every time we stepped back on the field, a part of that strength came from you. Truly grateful for everything you’ve done — you’re not just our physio, you’re family.
