Downtown Salt Lake City, Halloween belongs to the dance floor—and DJ Dizzy D is taking over @poplarst_pub Poplar Street Pub. @utahsevents proudly presents the one and only DIZZY D, headlining the MAIN ROOM at the Halloween POP-OFF TAKEOVER on Saturday, October 31. The takeover starts at 9:30 PM. Dizzy D is an absolute monster on the turntables. No pun intended. From New York City to Los Angeles, Hawaii to Mexico, he’s brought his sound to stages and crowds far beyond Utah. Stadiums, clubs, car shows and massive events—he brings the experience, the skill and the instinct to know exactly what a room needs. Hip-hop. Rock. R&B. Throwbacks. Today’s favorites. That song you forgot you loved until the first beat drops. Dizzy D connects it all with the kind of mixing that keeps you on the floor saying, “We’re staying for one more.” There’s no better DJ for this room on this night. Utah’s Events is proud to bring him to a downtown original for a Halloween takeover built around music you know and a party you’ll remember. $7 steins. $5 pints. Plus $5 pizza slices after 10 PM. And the takeover doesn’t stop downstairs. Head upstairs for the HOUSE ROOFTOP with Henry Shinobi, Signal Failing and Dreadful bringing the house music, or discover what the cards hold with tarot readings by Danahy. Two floors. Four DJs. Different vibes. One Halloween destination. Get your costume ready, send this to your crew and meet us in the MAIN ROOM. Utah HOUSE music fans, your Halloween plans just went UP. @utahsevents proudly presents A HOUSE ROOFTOP at @poplarst_pub POP-OFF TAKEOVER — Saturday, October 31. The upstairs party starts at 9:30 PM. Meet the three DJs taking over the rooftop: @henryshinobi @signal.failing @dreadfull_official These three have been bringing house and EDM to dance floors across Utah—from nightclubs and stadiums to neighborhood pubs. They know how to read a room, find the groove and keep people moving. For Halloween, they’re bringing that experience to Poplar’s top floor with driving house mixes, techno energy and the tracks you love hearing through a proper sound system. Get your costumes ready and come ready to dance. Three DJs. One rooftop. A whole night of reasons to stay on the floor. Add some of downtown’s best cocktail prices, an incredible bar food menu and the atmosphere of one of Salt Lake City’s longtime favorites, and you’ve got a Halloween party worth gathering the whole crew for. And this is just the TOP SIDE of the takeover. There are different levels to this party, with more music and entertainment downstairs. Pick your vibe, explore both floors and make a night of it. HOUSE ROOFTOP starts at 9:30 PM. Saturday, October 31. Poplar Street Pub | Downtown Salt Lake City Presented by Utah’s Events. 21+. Send this to your house music crew. Something mysterious is waiting for you at @poplarst_pub this Halloween… and Danahy has the cards. Live tarot card readings by Danahy during the Halloween POP-OFF TAKEOVER on Saturday, October 31. Step into The Tarot Room, bring your burning questions, and add a little mystery to your night. Curious about love? Your next chapter? That questionable decision you keep making? Pull up a chair and see what comes up in the cards. Bring your friends and give yourselves something to talk about between dance floors. And the tarot table is just one part of the takeover. Starting at 9:30 PM, Utah’s Events brings FOUR DJs and TWO floors of entertainment to one of Salt Lake City’s most iconic locations. Get into the house music vibe upstairs on the rooftop or sing along to your favorite hits, past and present, downstairs. Come hungry, come in costume, and enjoy some of the best food and drink prices downtown. All costumes welcome. Making a full Halloween out of it? Doors open at 11 AM. Catch the Utes taking on Cincinnati at 1:45 PM during the viewing party, then come back for the Halloween takeover after dark. Get your crew together. Get your costume ready. Get your tarot cards read by Danahy. Your Halloween plans? Consider them foretold. 21+ #halloweenevents #poplarstreetpub #SaltLakeCityHalloween #utahhalloween # by @poplarst_pub
