Change your environment → i stopped forcing myself to study in my room and started going to cafes, libraries, or even just different spots around campus. a fresh environment helps with your mindset + productivity so much more than you might think:)
Make it social → study dates with friends are always such a fun idea/try and go to the library with friends! even if you’re working on different things, having company makes it so much more enjoyable (and you’re less likely to give up).
Reward system → after every study session i do something nice for myself - grab a coffee, watch an episode, go for a walk. having something to look forward to makes starting so much easier + rewards your brain after working hard so then you will be more likely to want to study the next time:)
Good music/ambience - having good music that helps you lock in makes such a difference!! i love noise-cancelling headphones too.
Start with the interesting stuff → instead of forcing myself through boring readings first, i start with topics i’m actually curious about. it gets me in the mood and builds momentum for the harder stuff.
even though these can seem a bit obvious, they do really help especially if you pair them with each other + can help make studying seem a bit more enjoyable haha

Firstly, you need to remember this:
• if you don't work hard, someone else with less talent than you, less passion than you, less interest in the field than you, but better discipline than you, will get what you've been dreaming about.
• you need to start right away, waking up late will not ruin your progress, but giving up and saying "today's already ruined, so I'll start tomorrow" will ruin the progress
Now to fix your laziness:
• you most probably aren't lazy, but you do have issues starting to work. I bet you get hyperfixated on it once you start, because you do have interest in it, you're passionate about it. So you just have to start.
• to make the start easier, have realistic goals, start small, but be consistent. If you wanna study → study for 10 mins a day, if you wanna read a book → read one page a day.
• change your environment, don't study on your bed → go to a friend's house, body double, or use online platforms for the same, or you could also go to a cafe.
• do not over caffinate, instead of feeling energized you'll be drained out of energy. Instead go for drinks like yogurt, and kambucha every morning.
