Ingredientes:
Aceite de oliva
10 dientes de ajo (picados)
1 cucharada de salsa macha
1 puñito de perejil fresco
Pizca de sal
220 g de pasta capellini
2 tazas de agua de cocción de la pasta
Perejil fresco picado
1. En una olla fría, pon aceite de oliva, ajo picado, salsa macha y perejil. Agrega sal y dora todo.
2. Retira el perejil una vez dorado.
3. Cocina la pasta capellini y añade 2 tazas del agua de cocción al aceite con ajo.
4. Pasa la pasta a la olla, agrega perejil picado y mezcla.
5. Enrolla y emplata.

How to Make Pasta Aglio e Olio 🧄🌶️ (from the movie Chef)
INGREDIENTS:
250 grams dried spaghetti
1/2 head garlic (5-6 medium cloves)
1 tsp dried chili flakes (or more/less to taste)
1/4 bunch curly parsley
1/3 lemon
1-4 cup olive oil
Fine kosher/sea salt (to taste)
Freshly cracked pepper (to taste)
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Fill a large pot less than half-way full of water. You only want enough water to cook the pasta - the less water the better. We want the water to be as starchy as possible! Season your pasta water generously with salt, and bring it to a boil. Add your pasta to the water, and cook it for 1 minute less than the package instructions.
2. Finely slice your garlic cloves lengthwise. The thinner the better! Finely chop your parsley leaves, and set them to the side.
3. In a large, heavy-bottom pan, over medium-low heat, add your olive oil. Add your garlic and chili flakes, and sauté over low heat. You want your garlic to be ever-so-slightly golden in colour. In the movie the garlic is dark brown… which you don’t want! Dark brown garlic is bitter and unenjoyable. 30 seconds before your garlic is finished, add a pinch of salt and black pepper. Remove your pan from the heat until your pasta is finished cooking.
4. Add your pasta directly into the pan with your garlic, bringing plenty of excess pasta water with it. You will need at least 1/2 a cup of pasta water, plus more as needed. This water will continue cooking your pasta in the pan, while simultaneously emulsifying with your oil to create your sauce. Once the sauce has thickened, and clings to your noodles (they will be nice and glossy), add your chopped parsley, along with a good squeeze of lemon juice. Toss everything to combine, and adjust seasoning as needed.
5. Plate up your pasta, and enjoy!

Aglio e olio with a fresh squeeze of lemon—paired perfectly with grilled chicken 🤍
Ingredients:
• Angel hair pasta
• Olive oil
• Garlic (minced)
• Chili flakes (optional)
• Salt & pepper
• Fresh parsley
• Lemon (for that fresh finish 🍋)
• Grilled chicken (on the side or on top)
Instructions:
1. Cook the angel hair pasta according to package instructions. Reserve a little pasta water.
2. In a pan, heat olive oil and sauté garlic on low heat until lightly golden (not burnt!).
3. Add chili flakes, then toss in the cooked pasta.
4. Add a splash of pasta water, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
5. Turn off heat, add parsley, and finish with a squeeze of fresh lemon.
6. Serve with grilled chicken and enjoy 🤍

材料:
1.義大利麵spaghetti 120g
2.大量蒜片garlic slice
3.巴西利碎parsley chop
4.乾辣椒 dry chili
5.橄欖油 olive oil extra virgin
作法:
1.燒一鍋熱水下鹽巴(嚐起來有鹹就好)
2.大量蒜頭切片、巴西利切碎
3.同一時間滾水下義大利麵並且少煮2分鐘(我的義大利麵包裝建議7分鐘,煮5分鐘撈起)
4.冷鍋冷油下蒜片
5.小火煸到邊緣金黃並且香氣四溢
6.下義大利麵和麵水3勺
7.攪拌翻炒至收汁乳化,試味道
8最後撒上巴西利碎跟乾辣椒即可✅

1.5 cups of chopped parsley
1/2 cup chopped garlic
Tbsp red pepper flakes
Salt & pepper to taste
Lemon juice & Parmesan (optional)
Recipe:
Add olive to your pan. Add chopped garlic and red pepper flakes. Low heat for 2-3 minutes. Add 1/2 cups of pasta water. Add your pasta in al dente. Add your parsley. Add another 1/2 cup of pasta water. Stir. Add salt and pepper to taste. You can always add more pasta water if you’d like. Enjoy!
