POSTS STORIES REELS

So grateful to have had the opportunity to share my mission and the kindness challenge on @tampabay_28 🫶💕🎄

I wanted to officially thank @keely_mccormick_tv for her genuine enthusiasm for the project and mission. When she first reached out my initial reaction was honestly a little bit of disbelief 😂 I’m so used to being behind the camera, interviewing others and holding space for their stories. Being on the other side of the table was a full-circle moment in the best way 🥹 Keely - you are truly a natural at what you do and you make it look easy, even though I know how much hard work goes into it (230am wake ups?!?)

And it was even more special to have @hanjean.xx founder of @beanwanderingevents join me. Her passion for what she does and for giving back to the community is inspiring. Being surrounded by businesses who lead with purpose and generosity is such a gift that I will not take for granted.

Never in my wildest dreams did I think we’d be here only months after launching the project. Moments like these remind me what’s possible when you give God your “yes” - when you step boldly into what He’s calling you to do, even if it’s scary, even when the path isn’t clear. He meets you there and does more than you could think, ask or imagine.

Thankful for the doors God has opened, for the courage He continues to give me to walk through them, and for every person who has played a part in fueling the ripple effect across our city ❤️💕🥹

Absolutely terrified to post this, but here we go. 🥹❤️ Asking for help has never come easy to me, but this mission means the world to me, and I know I can’t do it alone.

It’s been a little over a year and a half since I took a leap of faith and walked away from the corporate world to build The Ripple Effect. And it was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made.

I’ve witnessed firsthand just how powerful kindness can be.

Someone feels less alone because you took the time to listen. Someone decides to keep going because of your words of encouragement. Someone feels seen, loved, and valued because of your kindness.

And through all the beautiful people I’ve met and stories I’ve heard, I’ve realized just how much we need more of this in the world 💕🫶🥹

I truly believe God placed this mission on my heart for a reason, and I’m nowhere near finished. I’ve recently returned to my corporate career to support myself while continuing to pour my heart into The Ripple Effect. But to keep growing and reaching more people, I need your help ❤️

Whether it’s $1, $10, $100, or whatever you’re able to give, every donation goes toward bringing this mission to life. From printing and writing thousands of handwritten notes of encouragement to organizing community events, bringing moments of joy into hospitals and schools, and creating opportunities for strangers to connect, your support helps us reach more people and spread more love, kindness, and hope.

Because you never know what someone is going through. And at the heart of everything we do is one simple reminder: You matter. You are loved. And you are not alone. And that can change everything 💕

If this mission has touched your heart, I’d be so incredibly grateful for your support. And if you can’t donate, sharing this post means just as much🫶

❤️ Donate through the link in my bio. Let’s see how many more lives we can touch and ripples we can create together🌊

POPS WITH PURPOSE! 💕🥹🫶 🥹

Together with our friends at @kop_tampabay, we’re on a mission to spread as much joy and kindness as possible, one pop, one note, and one act of kindness at a time.

we had the joy of bringing that mission to Johns Hopkins All Children’s Hospital! 🏥💙

We spent the afternoon handing out free pops and handwritten notes of encouragement to the incredible hospital staff. But what made this day so special was everything that happened in between.

The smiles hugs, laughter and conversations 🥹 some of the nurses told me they still have their note from months ago and look at it every day 😭💕

Pops with Purpose is about creating moments where people feel seen, valued, appreciated, and reminded that someone cares.

To the incredible doctors, nurses, and hospital staff who pour so much of themselves into others every single day, thank you for all you do for our community 🫶

A HUGE thank you to @glarue_ and Johns Hopkins All Children’s Hospital for the opportunity to bring this experience to the staff.

🏥🏫 If you’re a hospital, school, or organization that wants to bring Pops with Purpose to your business, reach out I’d love to chat! Let’s create more unexpected moments of joy and remind more people that they matter.

Because you never know what someone is carrying, and sometimes the smallest act of kindness can make the biggest difference 💙

1,000 notes.
1,000 ripples of kindness.
Countless moments of connection.
One incredible community 💌❤️🌊🫶🥹

My heart is so full 🥹💕🫶 i still can’t wrap my head around how beautiful, inspiring, and meaningful this past month has been.

We popped up everywhere spreading kindness - parks, gyms, beaches, run clubs, hospitals, coffee shops, and everywhere in between! 😍 We hosted a Smile Mile, handed out notes, bracelets, flowers, popsicles, and a whole lotta hugs 🥹💕

What started as a simple idea to inspire more kindness in our community became something so much bigger.

1,000 notes of encouragement made their way into the hands of tons of strangers who may have needed those words more than we’ll ever know.

Honestly it was never just about the notes. It was about the moments they created. The conversations they sparked. The stories shared. The smiles, hugs, and kindness that continued as people paid it forward 💕

To every business that partnered with us - THANK YOU! Thank you for believing in our mission and the power of kindness.

And to every single person who participated - I love you all. Thank you for showing up for others and choosing to be a light in our community.

These are the moments that matter. We may never know the full impact of our kindness or how far one little ripple travels. But those moments stay with people. They leave an imprint on our hearts, sometimes in ways we’ll never realize.

From the bottom of my heart, I LOVE YOU ALL! 🥹💕 Here’s to more ripples, more love, more kindness, and more genuine human connection.

🎉 and lastly we have a few prizes from our partners - Giveaway winners will be announced soon! Stay tuned!

Happy 40th sis!!!! 💕🥹🫶 @lporter416 What an amazing night celebrating YOU - and dancing for about six hours straight until the heels officially had to come off 😂👠 not even the nor’easter could stop this crew :) @bporter412 really knows how to throw a party and make you feel special ❤️

Because you are. I’ve always known you’re a rare gem. 💕 The way you love people, welcome everyone with open arms, and somehow make complete strangers feel seen. You are resilient, hilarious, and kind.

You are an incredible mama, wife, daughter, sister, and friend, and I feel so lucky that I didn’t just gain a sister - I gained a best friend for life 🥹

It’s hard to put into words how grateful I am for the bond we have, that I can literally call you for anything and everything. You’ve been there through every high and low, every tear and every mountaintop. You’ve seen me at my worst and seen me at my best - but you’ve loved and accepted every version of me exactly as I am. you’ve always encouraged me to chase my dreams, even when they sounded crazy to everyone else. And somehow, even on my hardest days, you always find a way to make me laugh. I’ll never take that for granted.

Cheers to 40, sis!!! 🥂💕 And to at least another 40 laps around the sun filled with more laughs, memories, Sunday ronies, bonfires, stories, dance parties and a whole lotta love.

Sticky bandits for life marve! Love you to the moon and back forever!!! 🥹🫶💕 by @portercc
