How I got an audition for 9/12 show with the EUPHORIA casting director — WITHOUT AN AGENT. 🎬

You don’t always need representation to create opportunities for yourself. Self-submit DAILY.

If you’re a TV/film actor wondering:
→ How do I get auditions without an agent?
→ How do I get noticed by casting directors?
→ How do actors find professional audition opportunities?
→ How important are actor headshots on Actors Access?

THIS IS FOR YOU❗️

And especially for South Asian actors and Indian actors in Hollywood — there are opportunities out there, but knowing how to position yourself and get your materials in front of the right people matters.

Want the resource I’m using to improve my approach?

Comment “HEADSHOTS” below and I’ll send you the link. 👇

Recent TALENT SHOWCASE event with James Jolly from Anonymous Content was a huge win for me & other actors in this community to increase our visibility and start crucial conversations about representation.

I was on the list that was shortlisted for a meeting and @ibraham.id from Ireland & @divinadivinee ended up securing one📍, couldn’t be prouder of them🥳

Being able to perform and have access to decision makers in rooms like this early on wouldn’t have been a possibility if it weren’t for working actor Deion Smith’s @actingmentorship program consistently putting on these opportunities❗️

Submission for the Musicbed Challenge 2026

A bizarre, music-driven short film about the eternal tug-of-war between the conventional and creative sides of ourselves.

They fight. They compete. They try to control one another.

But beneath all the chaos, they are inseparable—two opposing forces bound together, co-dependent like siblings who can’t stand each other, yet can’t survive without each other.

“PLACES” SHORT FILM PT. 2 🎭

Places follows Priya, a South Asian high school junior who has just walked away from the future everyone expected her to pursue. Raised in an environment where success meant good grades, stable careers, and practical choices, she quietly trades the certainty of mock trial for the uncertainty of theater. But stepping into the rehearsal room doesn’t feel liberating at first—it feels isolating. One of the only South Asian students in the club, Priya can’t shake the feeling that she’s entered a space where she doesn’t quite belong.

Directed by Trey Walker/Andrew Fincham and written by Rhea B, Places is an intimate cultural drama about identity, belonging, and the invisible conversations that shape a life. Rhea B delivers a restrained, deeply personal performance as Priya, opposite Justice Nixon as Evan, whose openness becomes the catalyst for her transformation.
