@ella_boyanski went off in our Nike EYCL win over the Riverside Hawks in Chicago and if you’ve watched her work, you saw it coming.

She’s been traveling in to I’m Possible for training the last two summers, and every time she comes back she’s better than the last. That’s not luck. That’s reps, intention, and a kid who keeps showing up.

What happens when you bring together players from seven different countries and ask them to become one team?

This is Dream Loudly International, fresh off winning the Dream Loudly Invitational.

This experience has never been about tournaments. It’s been about transformation.

Players traveled from around the world to train with us every day, practice together every day, compete every day, and test themselves in multiple tournaments. Every workout, every possession, and every challenge brought them closer together.

The individual growth has been incredible. But watching this group learn to trust each other, play together, and compete against high-level competition has been even more rewarding.

This was never just a basketball experience. It was a month of development, competition, friendships, and memories that will last a lifetime.

Dream Loudly International is here to stay and it’s going to be a staple of the I’m Possible family for years to come.

Players from seven countries made the trip for two reasons: to train with us and compete together.

They are experiencing world-class training, high-level practices, and competitive game play and the growth has been incredible.

Day by day, they’re becoming more skilled, more confident, and more connected as a team.

So much of ball protection and handling pressure comes down to one thing: using your off-arm to control your space while your dribbling hand stays completely unaffected.

That’s the separation. The off-arm does the fighting. The dribble hand does its own job, untouched.

These guys have done a great job handling the physicality of what’s been thrown at them - and adapting to it.

Brynnly has been training with I’m Possible for over 3 years, putting in consistent work through personal training and Skill Lab classes. There’s often a myth in shooting that every shot should look exactly the same.

It can be a strategy, but it can also be a limitation.

When a player can only shoot one way, they can only shoot in the windows that one way allows. When they can shoot out of Extended, High, and Medium lift points, their options multiply and their touch sharpens.

Having multiple lift points gives more answers to what the defense gives them and more shots available, period.

These players left everything familiar behind and traveled to West Michigan for one reason: a complete training and playing transformation.

Dream Loudly International kicked off today with the majority of our team, and the energy and attention to detail were already phenomenal.

Players came from around the world and around the country, committed from Italy, Lebanon, South Sudan, Lithuania, Hong Kong, North Dakota, and Florida, with Belgium, the Philippines, and Colorado still to arrive.

This is unlike any program in the country. Daily innovative training, competitive practices, and a month that will change how these players see the game.

I first worked with Karl-Anthony Towns in 8th grade and into the NBA. @brycestanhope came alongside next. Then @_zachleach who has continued to do a phenomenal job with him.

Three West Michigan trainers, one I’m Possible family. The same work, the same standard, from 8th grade through the league - refining, enhancing, and never stopping.

And after everything this man’s been through, to watch him hold the championship he’s chased since he was a kid?

2017. A Kyrie3 pop-up in New York City. I’m running the workout and this undersized guard from Brooklyn is going harder than anyone in the building.

I couldn’t have predicted exactly where he’d end up. But I did know he’d chase it with everything he had.

Nine years later, @therealgta is back home - coming off the bench to spark the biggest comeback in Finals history for his New York Knicks. The kind of player you never count out, because he never counts himself out.

Skill is built and fight is chosen. Jose has both.
