Happy New Year everyone ✨🫶🏾
.

On Thanksgiving I walked past a mirror and decided I was ready to reclaim my time. Yes, I’m a new mom. Yes, it took me 9 months to create the most beautiful thing I ever have in my life. Yes, by November I was only 7 months postpartum and should allow myself grace. But multiple things can be true at once. I still needed to snap out of being periodically active & get back on track to being consistently active. So I claimed the 1st of December as my starting point! My pregame for the new year of my new life before January. & I’ve been a 5am gym girlie since, committing to 4-5 days a week. Complying with my personal standard of the woman I’ve groomed myself to be is high on my priority list in this new year. Especially after experiencing something so beautifully life changing as motherhood. Part of feeling good is looking good which essentially helps positively impact the postpartum journey in my opinion. So fitness was the first step in my personal journey. I hope this encouraged and motivated someone to put some action to a plan they had toward self progression. With love I’m pushing me as well as you! Let’s go girls 🫂♥️

I’m always eager for the opportunity to be a blessing✨

I’ll be utilizing @ubereats to cover a meal for a single mom and her babies once a week each week of November. You can either nominate a mom through DM or you can DM me yourself if you are a single mom needing help with 1 meal for the week. We’ll go over further details through messaging. This is not sponsored or promotional this is from the kindness of my heart. One day I pray to be able to do more but for now this is where I can start 🫂🫶🏾

Our BREATHE, STRETCH, BLOOM recap is finally here! Check it out 💕💐
•
BREATHE, STRETCH, BLOOM was our first event focusing on inner and outer wellness expressed through yoga, ice breakers and deep reflective girl talk. I intentionally chose a limited amount of spaces for this specific event to encourage and prioritize safety, vulnerability, and connection amongst everyone. I’m so pleased with the success of our first event and look forward to our next! I hope to meet you there 🤗

( side note ) Impostor syndrome crept in on me, challenging my push to post. Which is why it took so long for me to share this. For the sake of community and using our gifts in the ways God tells us to move I’m persevering. Thank you all for your support and feel free to hold me accountable 🫣 lol. The plan is to keep going and growing 🫂💕 by @poststartum
