Hey, I’m Mariyah Bryant, founder and owner of Postured By Pastel. 🖤

Five years of aerial fitness have made me appreciate the little wins. Holding a shape a little longer. Finding a cleaner line. Finally feeling in control of a move I used to rush through. Those are the moments that made me fall in love with flexibility training.

I started PBP to help other women build a practice around their own goals. Maybe you’re working toward your first split, want more control in your aerial shapes, or just want to know where to start. We’ll work from where you are and build at your pace.

If we were in a session together today, what’s one move or stretch you’d want to work on? Tell me below. I’d love to hear it. ✨
