Being an instructor comes with influence, whether we realise it or not. ❤️ Kita tak perlu jadi perfect, but we can always choose to be a better example. A little reminder to myself and fellow instructors. 🫶🏻 by @poundwithmai
“Why should I join PoundWithMai?” Well, Mai boleh cerita macam-macam pasal POUND, but I believe some things are better experienced than explained. If you trust me enough to give it a try, I promise I’ll appreciate that opportunity and do my best to make every session worth your time. You don’t have to be fit, you don’t have to know anyone. Just come as you are. ❤️ Give me one hour of your time, and let me show you what our little community is all about. #poundelmina #poundbukitjelutong #poundecogranduer #poundfitmalaysia by @poundwithmai
NOT JUST MY CREW, BUT MY BEAUTIFUL PEOPLE. Tiga bulan kita sama-sama usahakan PWM4 Srikandi Berentak. Mai sendiri tak tahu macam mana nak balas segala kebaikan korang. Korang bagi masa, tenaga, idea, malah sanggup berkorban tanpa pernah berkira. Kadang-kadang Mai belum sempat minta, korang dah pun hulurkan bantuan. And that kind of love is something money could never buy. Terima kasih sebab sayangkan PWM seolah-olah ia milik kita bersama. You gave so much, expecting nothing in return. And that means everything to me. Sayang korang sangat-sangat. Thank you for being MY BEAUTIFUL PEOPLE! ❤️ *missing in picture @sarahshiro_ #pwm4srikandiberentak #PoundWithMai #PWM4Crew by @poundwithmai

THE WOMEN BEHIND THE BEAT To my beautiful POUND Pros — Amoi, Afini, Ili, Liza, Hanis Zabu, Nad & Cikmy… THANK YOU FROM THE BOTTOM OF MY HEART. Behind all the smiles and energy on stage, Mai tahu betapa banyak usaha dan pengorbanan yang korang dah curahkan. And trust me, none of it went unnoticed. PoundWithMai mungkin bermula dengan impian kecil Mai, but having all of you by my side made this journey so much more meaningful. I may have started this journey, but I was never meant to walk it alone. Thank you for believing in Mai and for making this dream come true. Love you girls, more than words can say. ❤️ 8 SRIKANDI. ONE STAGE. ONE HEART. #pwm4srikandiberentak #PoundWithMai #POUNDPros by @poundwithmai
200 SRIKANDI. ONE HEART. Different faces. Different stories. Different journeys. But on that one beautiful morning, we all moved to the same beat. But somehow, we all belonged. It’s about finding your people. The ones who cheer for you, laugh with you, celebrate you and make you feel like you belong. 🥹 Looking at these photos, Mai nampak lebih daripada sekadar crowd. Thank you for being part of this beautiful chapter of PWM4 Srikandi Berentak. And if you see yourself in these photos, know that you’re one of the reasons this day was so special. 🫶🏻 One community. One heartbeat. Endless memories. Love, Mai ❤️ 📸 @uqailee | @ismadx9 #pwm4srikandiberentak #PoundWithMai by @poundwithmai

Setulus kasih, sejunjung terima kasih buat semua yang sudi melangkah seiring bersama Pound With Mai. Tanpa kalian, siapalah PWM. Biar rentak terus bergema, biar tawa terus bersahutan. Bersama kita berentak, bersama kita berkeringat, bersama jua kita menyulam kenangan. Rentak menyatukan langkah, kasih menyatukan hati. 💚 Yg Ikhlas, Pound With Mai #poundwithmai #srikandiberentak #pwm4 by @poundwithmai
