Update on orders:

Sorry it’s taken such a stupid amount of time to get shipped out to you. Currently waiting to receive the slaps. They have been having issues with getting printed and I truly apologize for that, rest assured they will be shipped soon.

All other orders that did not have slaps in them have been shipped.

Stay Broke, Stay Dope 🏴 by @povertyprovisions

LCpl Wesley Stewart | South China Sea & Afghanistan | San Diego, California

In August 2021, despite initial briefings that they wouldn’t deploy to Afghanistan, this Marine had to say a heavy goodbye to his brothers heading to Kabul before his own platoon was tasked with running perilous evacuation flights. Flying in and out of the chaos on C-130s, often under fire, he witnessed the heartbreaking realities of the refugee crisis firsthand. He recalls the intense contrast between desperate, starving families fleeing with only the clothes on their backs. The mission carried a massive emotional weight, especially knowing his friends were on the ground when the devastating Abbey Gate bombing claimed the lives of 13 service members.

Beyond the harrowing realities of the Kabul airlift, he shares a crucial, unfiltered message about surviving the aftermath: no one is above asking for mental health help. He passionately calls out the stigma within the infantry that equates seeking support with weakness, urging Marines of all ranks to open up to their brothers in arms. Trauma should never be accepted as just a normal part of the job, and struggling in silence doesn’t make you tougher. Ultimately, this interview is a powerful reminder that true strength lies in looking out for one another and having the courage to talk about the hidden wounds of war.

Let’s get this straight from the beginning. God did not design men to be passive. Fear softened you, before comfort rewired your instincts, before excuses became your personality, you were designed, not fragile. You were designed by God with intention, weight, and responsibility. That truth alone terrifies the modern world. Because if a man accepts that he was designed, then he must also accept that he was designed for something serious, something demanding. God did not design men to be weak observers of life. God did not design men to sit, complain, consume, and decay. A man designed by God is built to carry weight. As the Bible says, man was formed from the dust, but breathed into by God himself. That breath wasn’t softness. That breath wasn’t fear. That breath was authority, responsibility, and purpose. But look around you. Men today are confused, emotionally fragile, mentally scattered, spiritually empty. men abandoned the design. They traded purpose for pleasure, meaning for convenience, discipline for dopamine, and then they wonder why they feel lost. by @povertyprovisions
