You can be completely over him and still be run by the pattern that picked him.

I know, because that was me. I kept doing the work, kept saying my standards were higher, and kept ending up in the same place with a different face. The problem was never just who I chose. It was the part of me doing the choosing.

So I built the test I needed back then. Wound or Worth? 12 honest questions that show you which pattern is actually running your love life right now: the Rescuer who holds everyone and gets held by no one, the Potential-Dater still waiting on who he could become, the Postponer who put her whole life on hold, or the Rebuilder who is finally choosing from worth.

It is free. It takes about 2 minutes. The link is in my bio. Take it, then come back and tell me what you got.

Which one do you think you will get?

Chapter 2.

New season, same standard. If you're new here — or you've been watching quietly — this is exactly who I am and how I work.

Six receipts. No pitch.

1. I already walked your road.
2. I'm not figuring it out with you.
3. Mind and body. One coach.
4. I will tell you the truth.
5. You get a system, not vibes.
6. I only coach this season.

If you're done romanticizing potential — yours included — the door's open.

I spent years thinking I was picking the wrong people.

Turns out I wasn't picking at all. My pattern was. And it kept choosing familiar over right every single time. Same relationship. Different face. Same ending. Different excuse. I didn't break it by finding someone better. I broke it by becoming someone my pattern couldn't recognize anymore.

If you're reading this and your last relationship feels like the one before it, you already know.

Comment “SAME” if you've been here.

They lied to us when they told us our 20s were our prime.
I turned 40 this year and felt the clock, not panic, just clarity.
I spent my first twenties surviving, giving my time to the wrong relationships and building everyone else's comfort while my life stayed on hold. I felt it in my body, my energy, in how I showed up for the people who matter.
I don't shrink myself to fit someone else's idea of who I should be.
The years behind me are spent, but the ones ahead aren't promised, they're budgeted.
So I stopped giving my years to patterns that would never pay me back. I'm in my second twenties now, same fire, but I'm building for me. Transformation isn't becoming someone new, it's finally becoming who you were before you abandoned yourself.
Have you ever felt the clock start ticking? What did it make you change?

Power back is a daily decision.

At 40, stop negotiating your worth. Don't chase closure. Become closure.

Does this hit home for you?

This is how I protect my peace. She’s draped over me like she owns the couch and I’m just the furniture. Not every Friday needs a crowd. My girl and a quiet house. 🐶

Part 3 — the root of it all.

Monday: why dating feels hard now.
Wednesday: what love should feel like.
Today: where both of those start.

Choosing yourself first isn't a slogan. It's a sequence. Standards. Your own company. Promises you keep to yourself when nobody's watching.

When you choose yourself first, you stop begging to be chosen.

Break the pattern, not just the relationship.

The hardest breakup is with the version of you that tolerated it. Now you choose you.

Save this for hard days.

Read that again. Then audit who's been advising you.

A person's ceiling becomes their advice.

The friend who quit will call your dream "hard." The one who settled will call your standards "too much." They're not lying — they're just reporting from the altitude they stopped at.

Whose ceiling have you been living under?

Go get yourself back.

Part 2.

Monday I told you why dating feels hard now. This is the other half: what love is supposed to feel like when it's real.

Not a slot machine. Not crumbs dressed up as a feast. Peace. Consistency. Being chosen in the open.

If it costs you yourself, it's not a reward. It's a payment plan — and you already paid enough.

Save this one next to Monday's. They're a set.

She stopped postponing herself.

For years she was the wife, the mom, the peacemaker. Now she's becoming her.
