Let’s talk menopause… because my body changed the rules without sending me the memo! 🤭 These just arrived! I’m trying Micro Ingredients’ Magnesium Complex for Women and NMN, and I’ll share my honest experience. No sponsorship, just me figuring out what works for ME. Alongside HRT, I’m focusing on nutritious food, more protein, and exercise. I want more energy, mental clarity, and strength, because walking upstairs and getting off the toilet on my own when I’m older is absolutely part of the plan. I wish we talked more openly about menopause and nourishing our changing bodies. These aren’t promised fixes, but I’ll keep you posted on what I notice. Have you tried either? What’s helping YOU feel your best? by @prainvestments

Sometimes the hardest part of downsizing is deciding what to do with a lifetime of memories. That’s why I created the Downsizers Club, a supportive space to share the challenges, find resources, celebrate progress, and take one manageable step at a time. We share laughter, sometimes tears, and reminders that we’re not alone. Thinking about downsizing, even if a move feels far away? Message me to learn more about joining us. There’s a place for you here.💜🥰 by @prainvestments

Movie night with my HCAR family! 🎬🍿 We watched The Big Short—a thought-provoking look at the housing market collapse and the financial crisis of 2007–2008. Behind the numbers were real families who lost their homes. As a Realtor, it’s a reminder of why education matters when helping people make one of life’s biggest financial decisions. Have you seen it? What stood out to you? #HCAR #YPN #FairHousingAct #PRAInvrstments #MDRealtor by @prainvestments

“Can you say that again?” Sometimes I need to ask more than once. And honestly, it can be hard to keep asking. This is a little part of Paula’s life you may not know about. 💜🥺 I’ve lived with hearing loss since my late 20s, and I wear hearing aids. One of my biggest challenges is understanding the words people are saying. I may hear your voice and still miss what you said. For me, speaking louder isn’t always the answer. Speaking clearly, and being patient, helps a lot. Sometimes people joke about my hearing. I may laugh along, but that doesn’t mean it doesn’t hurt. I’m already working hard to follow the conversation. There have been times I’ve gone along without fully understanding because asking again felt uncomfortable. But I don’t want to miss out. I want to laugh with you, understand you, and be part of the moment. To the people who repeat themselves without making me feel like a burden: thank you. Your patience means more than you know. And if you’ve ever struggled to follow a conversation because of hearing loss, I understand. 💜 by @prainvestments
FOUND HER! 📍 CARROLL VISTA Come tour this 55+ community with me. by @prainvestments
GUESS WHERE PAULA WENT TODAY? 👀 I spent part of my day exploring a 55+ community with a couple who are thinking about what their next chapter could look like. And let me tell you…there were a few things that caught my attention. 👀 Today’s stop: Carroll Vista in Taneytown, Maryland. We toured homes, checked out the community and amenities, and talked about one of the biggest questions I hear: “What would life actually be like if I moved to a 55+ community?” Well…I’m going to show you. 😊 I’ll be sharing a video tour of Carroll Vista soon. #SilverMovesLiving #CarrollVista #55PlusLiving #CarrollCounty #ActiveAdultCommunities by @prainvestments
