NEEREY STUDIO introducing: PRAMILA A note from the Founder: “I’m Aashi, the founder of Pramila. I’ve always wanted to start something in fashion because I’ve been really into clothes and styling for as long as i can remember. When i decided to build a brand, I chose Indian wear because I felt there was so much scope in the space and still a gap for the kind of clothes I personally wanted to wear. I wanted that 90s Bollywood nostalgia and glam, but in a way that still feels classy, elegant and very much for the girls of today. Something you could wear for a festive occasion, a wedding or even at your own wedding and actually feel like yourself. I named the brand Pramila after my mom, she’s always been my role model and my biggest support system, and I wanted to carry a little bit of her grace with me through the brand, so the name just felt right. Almost 2 years in, Pramila is still very close to my heart. Everything we make is handmade and made to order because we value the time, skill and human touch that goes into each piece. And beyond the clothes, i really care about the people who shop with us. I don’t want it to ever feel like you are giving us money and we give you a piece of clothing. I want you to feel taken care of, whether that’s with the outfit, the service or anything you need after your purchase. Once you shop with Pramila, you’re part of the family, i think that’s the kind of community i want to keep building, now alongside Neerey, bringing Pramila to London.” Welcome to NEEREY. #southasianfashion #behindthebrand #founders #browngirl #womenownedsmallbusiness by @pramila.shop
