How early should you start posing? As soon as you know you’re going to compete, you should start learning how to pose. Don’t wait until you’re deep into prep to start practicing. Posing is a skill, and it takes time to master. Start early. Practice often. Learn your angles, transitions, stage presence, and how to make your posing feel natural so that you can feel confident on stage 💗✨ #npc #ifbb #bikiniposing #bodybuilding by @premierposing
Repost from @lisa_cents • Masters Overall Champion🏆 This season challenged me, shaped me, and reminded me that consistency always wins. Every early morning, late night, every workout, every sacrifice, and every moment of doubt led to this one. A huge thank you to my coach @tkcoaching_ for believing in me and guiding me every step of the way, to my posing coaches, _tlcr_ & @cindym_lopez for helping me bring my best package to the stage, to my teammates for the constant encouragement, and to my husband & family for their endless love, patience, and support throughout this journey. I couldn’t have done it without each of you. I’m beyond grateful to close this season with a victory and even more excited for what’s ahead. The season may be over, but this journey is only getting started. 🤍✨ Photographer @jeffbinns Event @npc_battleroyaleamericanheroes Hair/Makeup @beauty.babe.nj Suit @toxicangelzbikinis Heels @theshoefairy_ by @premierposing
I had such a great time at this past weekend’s posing seminar 🤍✨ We focused on the little details that make a big difference, like fluidity, transitions, and bringing out the confidence in your routine. Thank you to all the ladies who showed up and RVA Iron for their continued support. #bodybuilding #npcposing #ocb #rva #bikinicompetitor by @premierposing
What a fun and rewarding weekend! Last weekend, I had the opportunity to lead the Bikini Seminar at The Shop Gym. I had an amazing time meeting everyone, sharing my knowledge, and giving back to the bodybuilding community. A huge thank you to @emilysmith_ifbbpro for hosting such a wonderful event and creating a space for athletes to learn, grow, and connect. I’m already looking forward to the next one💗 If you missed this seminar, I’ll be back on August 16th 📸 @kevinscinema #bodybuilding #dmv #theshopgym #gym #seminar by @premierposing

It’s always such a special moment when I finally get to meet my posing clients in person. I’ve been working with Nemesis online for the past two years, and it’s been incredible to watch her growth and be a part of her journey. Just two weeks ago, she made the switch to Fit Model, and she’s been putting in the work every day to refine her posing and bring her best package to the stage. Seeing all of her hard work come together is so special. 💗✨ #npcfitmodel #bodybuilding #posingcoach #fitmodel #contestprep by @premierposing
Another successful RVA Fit Day in the books 🤍✨ Grateful to be a part of RVA Fit Day and to have led the bikini posing seminar alongside Brittany. What a great feeling to be surrounded by people who share the same passion and love for fitness. Thank you to all the girls for coming out, and a huge thank you to @rivercityreaper @bobbybandz @joelimitsrva for an amazing event that keeps growing each year and creating opportunities for the community. by @premierposing
First session in the books with Georgia 🤍 In our first session, I looked over her poses and posing routine. We went over what the judges are looking for and made adjustments so her poses could better showcase her physique. Here are a few before & afters from our session. I’m so excited to continue working together, refining her posing, and watching it all come together beautifully. So proud of this start—can’t wait for what’s ahead! ✨ #bodybuilding #bikini #npcbikinicompetitor #bikiniposing r by @premierposing

Don’t let the time it takes to reach your goal discourage you. Keep pushing forward, work hard, and trust in God’s timing 🤍🙏🏽 by @premierposing
Posing practice with my beautiful client. The journey leading up to your show day is one of the toughest times to go through. From emotions, work, balancing life, training, meal prepping and family it becomes a lot for a person to take on. I’m so grateful for each and every one of my posing clients for trusting me in helping them create their perfect show day package routine. Side by side, we walk through every step of tour routine until perfection🫶🏼 . . . . . . . . . . . . #motivationforwomen #choosingyourself #workoutmotivationforgirls #oneractive #fitnesscoach #onlinefitnesscoach #workoutmotivation #workoutroutine #beginnerworkout #beginnerfriendly #bikiniposingcoach #bikiniposingpractice #npcbikiniposing by @premierposing
