Why not to rely on just key note symptoms especially when you are prescribing for constitutional symptoms or something lurking in the background.
Always match the mentals and physicals with the key notes for the exact similimum.

We spend years learning the structure of the human body and the mechanisms through which it functions.
And we should. But as clinicians, there is something important to remember:
Structure is not life. Function is not life. They are expressions of life.

From a classical homeopathic perspective, the human being is understood as an integrated whole—not merely as a collection of separate organs. The same diagnosis may appear in two people, yet the way each person experiences and expresses illness can be remarkably different. That is why learning medicine should never stop at “What organ is affected?”

We should also ask:
“What is happening to the person?”
Because behind every pathology is a patient.
Behind every symptom is an individual.
And behind every function we study… is life itself. ⚕️🌿
