Some days you sow in silence, other days the world pauses to say “we see you.”

I am deeply honored to be named an Emerging African Woman Leader, and one of the 50 recipients of the SHE Premium Africa Award. Very grateful to be recognised as one of the youngest recipients among this remarkable group of Emerging Visible African women across Africa.

This award recognition means more than words could hold, especially knowing it recognizes resilience, integrity, purpose, and the work I do for humanity.

From billboards across the streets of Lagos, to national newspaper features, and now the certificate of recognition itself. This moment represents visibility for purpose and validation for impact.

My journey and my Preserving Tomorrow advocacy have always been about creating lasting change, choosing people, sustainability, and the future through the smallest acts possible.

Thank you for seeing the vision. Thank you for honoring my journey. I am profoundly grateful, ShePremium Africa Awards @shepremiumafrica

I once believed that my story was too broken to matter, therefore, silence became my means of survival.

Now I know better. My scars are not secrets, they are stories. Stories that TEACH, HEAL, and CARRY the voices of others still finding theirs.

Preserving Tomorrow @preserving_tomorrow is more than an advocacy, It is a movement. A journey of turning silence into strength, pain into purpose, and kindness into healing.

This isn’t just my story, it is a voice for every soul who has ever felt unheard.

Today at the @missfitnesssupermodelworld closed door interview, I shared my story, my journey and what inspires me. But my story has never been only about me.

It is about the lives I touch, the barriers I break, and the futures I preserve, because for me, the greatest legacy is not what I become, but what becomes better because I was here.

Fitness has been a part of my life since I was a little girl.
Long before I became Miss Fitness Supermodel Nigeria 2026, I understood that fitness is more than building a strong body.
It is also about caring for the environment and communities that make healthy living possible.

For years, Milliken Hills has been one of those places for me. I’ve hiked these hills, trained here, pushed my body here, and watched countless people find joy in movement here.

When Official TourBuddy @officialtourbuddy shared the @restoremillikenhill vision to give back to a place that has given so much to us, I didn’t hesitate to be part of it.

As I step into a new year tomorrow, my prayer is simple: “may I never forget what truly matters: kindness, compassion and leaving behind a legacy that makes the world a little better than I found it.”

Standing before the incredible students of Ihioma Girls’ Secondary School, Orlu, Imo State, as a guest speaker at the outreach organized by GlowCare Foundation and Imara Haki ambassador initiative, my message was simple: DISCOVERING YOU.
There is nothing more beautiful than watching a young girl realize that she is stronger than the limits society has placed on her.

Beyond the conversation, we learned practical self-defense, empowering these girls to not only find their voices but also the confidence to protect themselves.

Placing reusable, eco-friendly sanitary pads into their hands was more than an act of giving. It was a step toward restoring dignity, advancing period equity, and reminding every girl that her period should never stand between her and her dreams.

As they echoed, “SUSTAINING TODAY, PRESERVING TOMORROW!” my heart was full. In that moment, I was reminded that hope can be planted, purpose can be ignited, and every future is worth believing in.

Yesterday, I had the privilege of speaking to the students at Ihioma Girls’ Secondary School, Orlu, Imo State, during the period equity outreach.
I spoke to the students about Discovering You, embracing their identity, recognizing their worth, and understanding that their femininity is a strength, never a limitation.
We also had honest conversations about menstrual health without shame, period poverty and the realities that many girls silently endure. We discussed gender-based violence, self-defense, and the importance of protecting not just their bodies, but also their dreams, their dignity, and their voices.
Before the world tells a girl who she should be, she deserves to discover who she truly is.

To Glowcare Foundation, thank you for choosing to invest in girls, not just with sanitary pads, but with education, dignity, confidence, and hope. This is how we change lives. This is how we build stronger communities. This is how we preserve tomorrow.

I am honoured to join the Glowcare Foundation, in partnership with the Imara Haki Ambassador Program, as a Guest Speaker for this impactful Period Equity Outreach.

As we advocate for period equity, we will also be reminding these girls that true empowerment goes beyond access to menstrual products. It begins with discovering their worth, embracing their voice, and believing that they are capable of changing their own stories.
I look forward to pouring into these young minds.

Together, we will be championing a future where menstrual health is no longer shrouded in stigma but embraced with dignity, education, and access.

Moments from my courtesy visit to the National Orientation Agency, Enugu state.

I remain grateful for the warm reception, meaningful conversations, and words of encouragement from the State Director as I continue to represent Nigeria and promote positive values through my platform.
Moments like these remind me that service, leadership, and nation-building are collective efforts.

I am deeply grateful to the State Director and the entire National Orientation Agency (NOA) @noa_nigeria team for the warm reception, encouragement, and insightful conversation on nation-building, value reorientation, and the importance of preserving tomorrow through the actions we take today.

It was inspiring to discover how closely the vision of my platform Preserving Tomorrow aligns with the mandate of the National Orientation Agency - promoting values, responsible citizenship, and a stronger Nigeria for future generations.
Indeed, nation-building begins with the values we uphold everyday.

I am especially honored by the State Director’s words of support and encouragement as I prepare to represent Nigeria in Vietnam at the Miss Fitness Supermodel World competition. Her confidence in my journey, her well wishes, and her commitment to seeing Nigerian excellence shine globally are deeply appreciated.

As I continue this journey as Miss Fitness Supermodel Nigeria 2026, I remain committed to carrying the Nigerian spirit with excellence and purpose.
Every conversation, every advocacy effort, and every opportunity to serve reinforces my belief that positive change begins with each of us.

A nation is only as strong as the character of its youth.

I had the honour of addressing members of the National Youth Service Corps at the Enugu State Orientation Camp, sharing insights on self-defense, the warrior mindset, personal responsibility, and value reorientation.

As a martial artist with over two decades of experience in Kung Fu, Taekwondo, Judo and kickboxing, I have learned that the greatest battles are often not physical. They are the battles against complacency, poor values, self-doubt, and the limitations we place on ourselves.

This visit was more than a lecture. It was a call to action, for young people to embrace discipline over excuses, courage over fear, responsibility over entitlement, purpose over distraction and above all, become warriors of positive change.

Every young person has the potential to become a force for good. Sometimes, all it takes is the right message, the right mentorship, and the right mindset to realize that we can all become instruments of self-preservation.
