WHY HELLO THERE!

I guess it’s been a minute. I’ve been a little MIA from social so it’s time to reintroduce myself. I’m Candis, owner and lead creative at Press Films!

This year is the year of “yes, and”. I’m about to turn 40, and I’m enjoying my family, travel, my friends, concerts, and fostering kittens. And of course lots and lots of weddings!

Can’t wait to meet all of you. So leave a comment with what you are enjoying in 2026. Or if you are looking for a fun videographer, let’s chat about that!

Wedding days are made up of so many special moments. And one of my favorites are the quiet times with fathers and daughters. And a special father-of-the-bride first look is a great way to make sure to honor that relationship!

GABE + ARI ARE MARRIED!

This wedding had it all. A non traditional floral dress. A pink checkered dance floor. A recreation of her grandmas cake. Choreographed dances. And much more!

DANIEL + EMILY! They need no direction to be in love in front of the camera, and brought only joy, happiness and good vibes to their wedding day. It was truly an honor to capture their wedding.

MICHAEL + EMILY - The calmest bride there ever was. They were married at a private estate in Montecito on a perfectly sunny day surrounded by their friends and family. And it was just right.
