Weld a Switch Rack With Me — Part 2 🥳⚡️

This was my first time welding an aluminum switch rack using flux-core, and I definitely learned a lot throughout the process! I’m extremely proud of what I’ve created and accomplished, especially being able to take on this project independently with very little help. 💪🏽

From cutting the channel to length, punching holes, and handling the fabrication to welding everything together, I got to be hands-on with every step of the process. Seeing my hard work come together makes me proud of how far I’ve come.

I know I still have a lot to learn, but I’m excited to keep growing, improving my skills, and pushing myself to do better. Only getting better from here! 🔥#aluminumwelding #fabshop #weldinglife #hardworkpays #welder by @prettywelds05

Weld a bus duct with me 😱⚡️

As you can see, I didn’t have much help with this one. I took a break from welding and came back to work as the only welder. I’ve always had help with setting up machines, fabrication, and getting things figured out, so being able to do this project completely on my own is something I’m extremely proud of.

To say I did this all by myself, and this is all my hard work is beyond me. I learned so much throughout the fabrication process, from setting up my machine to figuring things out as I went.

It took me 4 days to weld this, mainly because I was waiting on parts and material throughout the process. But seeing the finished product and knowing I did it on my own makes it that much more rewarding.

I’m so proud of myself and how far I’ve come. I can’t wait to see what else I’m capable of doing on my own. #aluminumwelding #womenwelder #houstonwelder #welding #fabrication by @prettywelds05
