"Tempo is your ticket to freedom ⛓️⛳ — master it and escape inconsistency for good. ⏳ Keep it smooth, keep it steady, and let every swing feel like parole day. 🏌️‍♂️"

⛓️⛳ Tempo is the key to freedom on the greens ⛳⛓️

Putting isn’t just about reading the line—it’s about keeping your tempo smooth and consistent. 🎶 Every stroke with the right rhythm keeps you from 3-putt “prison time.”

As a true Prisoner of Golf®, I’ve learned:
✅ Rushing = missed putts
✅ Smooth tempo = confidence
✅ Confidence = fewer strokes on your scorecard

👉 What’s YOUR secret to keeping a steady tempo when the pressure is on? Drop it in the comments—I want to hear from my fellow prisoners of this game.

When voices are silenced, democracy suffers. Suppressed voting isn’t just unfair—it strips people of their right to be heard, weakens communities, and undermines the foundation of freedom. Every eligible voter deserves equal access, equal opportunity, and an equal say. Protecting voting rights means protecting democracy itself. #VotingRights #DemocracyForAll #EndVoterSuppression by @prisonerofgolf

My dad’s wife started a group at their golf club called “Just Fore Fun.” It’s for anyone learning the game who just wants to get out, laugh a little, and play with people on the same level.

That’s what golf’s all about — not perfection, just progress and good company. ⛳️

Is your golf game as consistent as your juggling? 😅

Some days, we stripe it.

Some days we’re fighting for parole after a triple-bogey meltdown.

Welcome to life as a Prisoner of Golf® 🤦‍♂️⛓️

What injury or pain are YOU fighting just to keep playing golf?

I developed two herniated discs + degenerative disc disease five years ago — couldn’t swing a club for nearly a year.

I’m not a doctor, but working with a physical therapist + doing daily mobility + strength work is the ONLY reason I can still tee it up today.
I still wake up with pain — but I wake up ABLE TO PLAY.

Golf is therapy. Golf is obsession. Golf is Life.

👉 If you’re dealing with back issues, please see a licensed PT or doctor — don’t wait like I did.

What are YOU doing to stay in the game? What movement, stretch, or routine has saved your swing?

Drop it below 👇
