BUILDING BETTER ATHLETES. 🏃🏾‍♂️💨 This is where the foundation starts. Our 7–11 Athlete Development program focuses on speed, agility, coordination and proper movement — giving young athletes the foundation they need as they continue to develop. We train Mondays & Wednesdays at 4:30 PM. Interested in getting your athlete started? Book a consultation. We don’t just train. WE BUILD. #Pro1Training #AthleteDevelopment #SpeedTraining #YouthAthletes #JasperAL by @pro1training
Seated arm motion prevents what I like to call “beating the drums.” Master the fundamentals. The speed will follow. 🏃🏾‍♂️💨 Ready to get faster? Book your consultation through the link in our bio. #SpeedTraining #SprintMechanics #AthleteDevelopment #SportsPerformance #Pro1Training by @pro1training
WANT YOUR ATHLETE TO GET FASTER? 💨 A lot of athletes like to fight when they run. 🥊 This simple wall drill helps clean up that arm motion. 90° and cheek to cheek. Parents, have your athlete work this 2–3x a week and put it into action when they run. #Pro1Training #SpeedTraining #AthleteDevelopment #YouthSports #SportsPerformance by @pro1training
We’re heading to Murray State this Saturday! 🏈🐎 Looking for some DOGS who are serious about playing football at the next level! I’ll be taking a group of athletes up for a recruiting visit, and there’s an opportunity for other prospects to attend as well. Interested? RESULTS MONDAY 📈 4 WEEKS. REAL RESULTS. Holden came in with a 2.32 10-yard split. Four weeks later: 2.06 ⚡ That’s a .26-second improvement in his first 10 yards! Holden is only 6 years old! His parents brought him to Pro1 to improve his running mechanics and technique. We’ve spent the past four weeks working on the fundamentals. Two weeks ago, I decided to send him home with some homework, and last week we tested him again. Man, the results speak for themselves! 🔥 Big shoutout to his parents for holding him accountable and putting in the work with him at home! Super proud of you, Holden! Keep working, young man! 💪🏾 Want to see what focused development can do for your athlete? 📲 Book a consultation and let’s get started. We don’t just train. WE BUILD. #ResultsMonday #Pro1Training #SpeedTraining #AthleteDevelopment #WeBuild by @pro1training
We’ve been busy grinding lately! 💪🏾🏈 Super proud of Cam Robinson (2028 OLB) for getting out and making connections with the coaching staff at Chattanooga today! One thing about recruiting: If they don’t know who you are, how can they recruit you? We’re going to keep knocking on doors and creating opportunities! 💯 #CoachWilliams #RecruitingDevelopment by @pro1training
Proud of My Boy! ❤️💪🏾 Made the trip down to Northeast Mississippi tonight to support my boy Micah Pledger! We’ve been through a lot together, and man, I can’t even explain how proud I am of this young man! Got to watch him compete and come away with a 28-24 win in the final seconds! What a game! 🔥 We still got work to do, and the journey is far from over, but moments like this right here bring me so much joy! Love, my boy! Keep going! ❤️💪🏾 #Pro1Training #CoachWilliams #jucofootball #collegefootball #love by @pro1training

💪🏾 LOOKING STRONG DOESN’T MEAN YOU’RE ATHLETIC! 👀 There’s a BIG difference between bodybuilding and athletic development! Building muscle is great, but as an athlete, your training should help you RUN faster, JUMP higher, MOVE better, and become more EXPLOSIVE! ⚡ Strength matters! But the real question is, does what you’re doing in the weight room transfer to your sport? At Pro1, we don’t just build muscle. We BUILD ATHLETES! 💪🏾🔥 📲 Ready to take your athletic development to the next level? Link 🔗 in the bio! Know an athlete who needs to hear this? Share it with them! 💪🏾🔥 #Pro1Training #AthleteDevelopment #SportsPerformance #SpeedTraining #CoachesClassroom by @pro1training
Speed ain’t just about moving fast! 👀 One thing I teach my athletes is how to stay relaxed, smooth, and under control when they move. A stiff upper body and poor posture can affect running mechanics. That’s why we focus on teaching proper movement before adding speed! Fundamentals first. Then we BUILD! 💪🏾🔥 Parents, your athlete doesn’t have to wait until they’re older to start learning how to move correctly. Let’s get them developing NOW! 📲 https://www.pro1speedtraining.com/contact-us #Pro1Training #SpeedTraining #AthleteDevelopment #YouthAthletes by @pro1training
