Ever wondered what PEMF actually is? ⚡️

Because let’s be fair… Pulsed Electromagnetic Field Therapy sounds a bit mad 😂

So we’ve broken it down into normal-person language. What it is, how it works and why so many people are adding it into their recovery.

One of the questions we get asked all the time is…

“How did you get into PEMF therapy?”

Well, it definitely wasn’t something we planned!

Shooting, burning, or numbness down one leg? 🤔

That MIGHT be sciatica...

Pain from the lower back down radiating down one leg is a common symptom, but it's not unmanageable.

A LOT of clients come to us for sciatic pain (whether they realise it at the time or not).

We target inflammation and nerve irritation at the cellular level, which reduces the pain and muscle spasms.

It's completely non-invasive, pain-free, and deeply relaxing (you'll likely fall asleep!)

Comment PEMF26 and I'll send you more info about PEMF Therapy. 💙 by @proactive_manchester

Years of suffering with SCIATICA, endless treatments, and no relief in sight.

After just 3 PEMF Therapy sessions at Pro Active Manchester, this desk worker is finally sciatica-free and back doing things she couldn't do for years. What a result!! 👏🏼 by @proactive_manchester

Who got the absolute worst end of the stick with their song choice, me or Sam? 😂 by @proactive_manchester

Donna is NOT happy with me 😅

Three sessions of lymphatic compression and she’s had to go out and buy a whole new wardrobe for her cruise… smaller sizes, ankle boots that actually zip up, and knees she hasn’t seen in years 🙈

So Donna, here’s your public apology. I’m sorry our lymphatic drainage worked so well!
(I’m not really sorry 😂💙)

If you’re carrying puffiness, swelling, heavy legs or just feel bloated and sluggish, lymphatic drainage can make a massive difference to how you look AND feel.

💬 Comment LYMPH26 and we’ll send you all the info or get you booked in.
