Found a charging station ✨ by @projectsmithllc

We almost had to call an emergency staff meeting. 😭

Unfortunately, exposure is still not an accepted form of payment at Project Smith Designs.

But if YOUR business needs strategy, branding, web design or marketing support, those DMs are absolutely welcome.

Big vision needs smart strategy. Let’s Grow.

What a beautiful and successful trip to NYC.

Standing inside the Brooklyn Museum, I found myself reflecting on the meaningful relationships, remarkable opportunities, and genuine trust that have made this journey so special.

I am deeply grateful for the clients who have become family and who continue to trust Project Smith to serve their visions and organizations with care. It is a privilege I never take lightly.

To all of my NYC peeps, thank you for always welcoming us with such warmth, kindness, and excellence every time we return.

My heart is full, and I am incredibly proud of all we accomplished together.

I am home grateful, inspired, and excited for the journey ahead. 💫

📍Work from anywhere, Park Güell,

From Moreno to Barcelona. That alone feels unreal to say.

I used to think success looked like stability…

A county job. A safe path. Something predictable.

But life had other plans.

Hawaii. Just me and Lex. Two little kids. No village. Faith and pressure.

That season stretched me in ways I didn’t understand at the time.

But it built everything I stand on now.

If you have the opportunity, leave home.

Experience something bigger than your environment.

It changes your perspective. It expands your vision. It forces you to grow
And eventually…

The life you once dreamed of…

Becomes the life you live.

I thank God for it all ❤️

The moment is now. Get it done ✨

When you stay in rhythm with God’s timing, the work does not stop because you are moving. The blessings just travel with you.

I am grateful for every door He opens and every assignment He trusts me to carry.

Rolling through Spain. Laptop open. Hotspot on deck ✅

Grateful for all the lovely things and the tough ones too ❤️ by @projectsmithllc

Excellence is not a mood… it’s discipline.

You smile different when you’re really stepping. Really doing your best. Really checking those boxes. Really contributing with intention. #NYFW ✅🔥

I love @blacksmoketribute. Some of the best people on the planet.

Favor will take you beyond the pages of your business plan. Work hard, be solid and pray often 🤎 by @projectsmithllc

Being a good person still goes a long way. Talent matters… but being kind, reliable, trust worthy and having your client’s best interest at heart will cultivate long-term relationships. #grateful

And made yall this little reel or whatevaaaaa…

I don’t do aesthetic … I do impact! I don’t just want to be seen, I want to be felt! I want to make the life of every single one of my clients and every single person who receives whatever they offer, better through everything that I do!

Every day when I’m apart from my husband, and he stops to take a moment for himself, I want him to look down at a good meal and know he is loved, remembered and is so important to me.

When my children search for me, I want them to look up and see my face, welcoming them with a smile, cheering them on in the crowd, are ready to share my ear to listen to whatever they have to say.

Ya know… I ordered a pizza for lunch 🫠 and my amazing cleaning lady is doing her thing while I do mine. You find ways to make it all happen as best you can.

Some days I disappear in a spa, ask my husband to take a day for golf, yall know I stop to watch UFC… but I aim to be excellent. When I do rest, I want to be proud 🫶🏽

Before my husband and I launched Project Smith and provided digital marketing + design services to amazing clients, my journey began in ministry. I’ve spent the last 9 years as Chief Administrator of Promise, Purpose & Destiny Ministries, where we now serve over 7,000 members through daily prayer, community outreach, mentorship, events, and more.

What started as serving God with my gifts has grown into a business I love… and it all began with a “yes” to the call.

That’s me before I walked into this year’s Well Women Conference, where over 100 women gathered, grew, and are still talking about what they experienced. 💜

I’m humbled. I’m proud. And I’m just getting started.
