laura is 52, has two grown daughters, and joined transform x three months ago

before that she felt done with her body

confidence low, energy lower, tired all the time

she had tried everything over the years. fasting gave her migraines. noom. weight watchers. some of it worked for a while, then the weight came right back the second she ate normally again

she had started telling herself that this was just menopause and she would have to get used to it

then her oldest daughter got married and she saw the wedding photos

that was the moment

she said it out loud: this has to be a complete lifestyle change, not another diet

she also has a desk job, so getting steps in during the day is genuinely hard. she knew cutting calories alone was not going to fix it. she needed to move more and eat in a way she could actually keep doing

she came in already doing the work 💪 training consistent, eating pretty clean, nothing looked wrong on paper. but the results were not showing up and she could not figure out why.

this is the one we see the most. it is not laziness. it is not that she did not know what to do. there was just a small gap between what she thought she was doing and what was really happening each day.

so we tightened up her food tracking, gave her real structure with training, rest and mobility, and stayed close to her all week 📲 not one check in on sunday. actual conversations.

15 pounds down, inches gone, 18,000 steps a day, not one missed workout, and she still eats the meals she loves 🍝

but this is the part we are most proud of. the “i already messed up so i might as well keep going” voice is gone 🙌 that voice costs most women years.

Before joining Project Transform X, I felt stuck. No matter how clean I ate or how much I worked out, my body just wouldn’t respond. I was exhausted, stressed, and honestly starting to lose confidence.
