Yesterday, the Protect Your Blocks crew joined the Arzola family in demanding justice for Albert Arzola at a protest in front of OC supervisor, Connor Traut’s, Reception party. It hosted nurmerous Anaheim city council members, including Councilwoman Natalie Rubalcava who at last week’s Anaheim city council meeting dragged Albert’s name through the mud and disrespected the family. The family wanted to call her out for this disrespect and demand that she’s thrown out of office for her refusal to stand with the family in their fight for justice and her reluctance to criticize Anaheim Mayor Ashleigh Aitken for her recent racist remarks.

During the protest, some people facilitating the event came out to tell us we can’t stand in the shaded area where it was considered private property. While the family was outside in 104 degree weather demanding justice for their son, they decided to defend 2 feet of private property from a grieving family, even threatening to call the police. They made it clear they stand with the politicians who protect Anaheim PD and killer cop Nathan Garcia who murdered Albert.
These people should get no peace while there’s still no justice for Albert who was 19 when he was murdered by Anaheim PD back in December of last year.

Support the Arzola family as they continue to fight for justice for Albert. Killer cop Nathan Garcia should be taken off our streets and put in jail for his crimes.
