Happy Halloween from our team! 🎃 We had some fun getting dressed up for the occasion. Which costume is your favorite? 👀 by @proximitycarolinabeach

POV: You thought you knew horror movies until “What the Duck” trivia started. 🎬

We had a killer time testing everyone’s scary movie knowledge, enjoying some cocktails, and getting into the Halloween spirit. A big thank you to Tides Taproom and Tides Beverage for sponsoring the drinks! 🥂

Happy Halloween from all of us at Proximity CB! 🎃👻 by @proximitycarolinabeach

Tonight we hosted our 1st private event @proximitycarolinabeach for their Halloween / October resident event. Big shout out to Jackie for helping us plan this. To @madisonkimrey for being the bartender with the mostest and help entertain the crowd. To @bwebb716 for doing all the things my brain doesn’t understand. To @tides_taproom @tidesbeverageco for supplying the drinks for the event. And a HUGE shoutout to all the residents that came and brought the energy. Now. To the winners, “The last 2 witches standing” congratulations on the big W! We appreciate all of you. Can’t wait to come back for 80’s-90’s music! #trivia by @proximitycarolinabeach

A little extra appreciation for the guys who keep it all running! 🛠️

Last week, we celebrated Maintenance Appreciation Week by showing Andrew and Adam some love! We set up a special station where residents could sign cards and share words of gratitude, and presented Andrew and Adam with special certificates to recognize all they do for our community.

We wrapped up the week with a team outing to Putter Pub for some friendly competition. These guys are par for the course when it comes to keeping our community running! ⛳️

Andrew and Adam, thank you for all your hard work and everything you do for our community. We appreciate you both! 👏 by @proximitycarolinabeach

Big news at Proximity CB! 🎉 Help us give a warm welcome to Nate, our new Community Manager!

With 15 years of property management experience and most of his career spent with Bell Partners, Nate is excited to bring his knowledge to Proximity Carolina Beach. He’s been calling Carolina Beach home since 2008, so joining our team means getting to work in the community he already knows and loves.

Nate looks forward to meeting our residents and getting to know everyone around the community. His door is always open, so stop by the office, introduce yourself, and help us give him a warm welcome! 👋 by @proximitycarolinabeach

Meet our October Pet of the Month, Mr. Darcy! 🐶

This adorable Cavapoo puppy has quickly become a favorite around the community, especially with our leasing team! His favorite part of the day is stopping by the office to say hello and collect his daily Milk-Bone treat. We think it’s safe to say he has mastered the art of making friends and getting spoiled!

Help us give Mr. Darcy a little extra love this October! 🐾 by @proximitycarolinabeach

Yesterday, our Wilmington Bell Partners communities came together for our annual Bell Gives Back event at Eden Village!

Eden Village provides permanent, supportive housing for people experiencing chronic homelessness, creating a safe community where residents can find stability, connection, and support.

We spent the day helping around the village with a little landscaping, some outdoor projects, and lunch for the community. We’re grateful for the opportunity to support the incredible work Eden Village is doing right here in Wilmington. by @proximitycarolinabeach

Today we’re celebrating the two who keep it all together! Happy National Property Manager Day to Ilene & Kaitlyn!

Thank you for all the behind-the-scenes work, problem-solving, and everyday moments that keep our community running. We appreciate you both more than you know! 🏡 by @proximitycarolinabeach
