16 Week Client Transformation💪🏽🔥

When he first came to me for coaching, he simply wanted to get shredded and have visible abs. Safe to say we achieved this

Now we’re moving into a maintenance phase to dust off the diet fatigue and allow him to enjoy some more food😋

The main focus over these next few months is simple

Maintain tight conditioning, while packing on muscle

If you’re already in the gym training, but just can’t drop the fat despite your effort, it’s time to change your approach

DM me “LEAN” if you’re ready to put in the work and get shredded for summer🫡 by @pt.ero

Sa knew he had the work ethic to transform his physique, he just needed the correct guidance to get him there

When he came to me, he was already training hard and trying to eat clean, but he just wasn’t progressing how he wanted

All we did was create a plan of attack that suited him and his lifestyle

We focused on the 3 pillars below ⬇️

1. Training - He was already putting in effort here, it just needed some tweaking to ensure that effort was rewarded with results. Structured training paired with high effort drives growth

2. Nutrition - This was the biggest area we improved. He was fasting for hours in the morning, but then eating whatever he wanted he felt like after that. We introduced breakfast and consistent meals throughout the day to ensure energy was stable and that he was fuelled leading into his training sessions

3. Accountability - Probably the most important of them all, because the best plan in the world means fk all if you don’t nail it😂

Fast forward 16 weeks later and he’s down 15kgs

This is what happens when you direct effort in the right direction and stop winging it

If you’re willing to put in the work and don’t make excuses, we’ll be a good fit

DM me “LEAN” if you’re done guessing what needs changing and want your physique to finally match the effort you’re already putting in🫡 by @pt.ero

14.9kgs down in 16 weeks🔥

This is what happens when you lock in and trust the process.

Josiah came to me with no real structure around his training or nutrition. He was already hitting the gym and trying to eat right, but he just wasn’t progressing at the rate he knew he could be.

I didn’t introduce anything crazy into his lifestyle, just a simple and realistic plan around training and nutrition, that suited his situation, because simple works best.

I then just ensured he hit his daily non negotiables, and tweaked things as needed over the weeks to continue driving progress

This is what’s possible when you decide to change for the better

Are you next? DM me “Lean” and let’s get to work🤝 by @pt.ero

Here’s a better alternative to nagging your missus to train with ya everyday by @pt.ero

Been at it since young by @pt.ero

Josiah dropped 14kg in 16 weeks. Here are the three things that got him there 👇🏽

1️⃣ Nutrition

We kept him in a consistent deficit and adjusted his calories and macros as he went. He also had a Sunday refeed with around 200g extra carbs to refuel for the week

2️⃣ Training

He kept progressing the whole way through the cut. If you don’t want to look skinny fat when the weight comes off, your strength can’t drop

3️⃣ Consistency G

The best plan in the world is useless if you don’t follow it. He had weekly check-ins with me, plus I messaged him through the week to keep him on track

Training hard but not seeing results? DM me “LEAN” and let’s get after it🫡 by @pt.ero

I’ve realised that a lot of people genuinely do try to eat healthy and do what they consider is the right thing

A morning coffee, a handful of trail mix, some untracked sauces in their chicken and rice. These are hidden calories that creep up on ya, and you don’t even mean to consume them

If you’ve found yourself in a fat loss plateau, audit your daily nutrition to the absolute T

Soon, you’ll be able to identify exactly where you’ve been slipping up🤝 by @pt.ero

Don’t let the evenings be the downfall for your nutrition
