Focus Classes: What you need to know! 👇🏼

What is it: Focus classes are specialty classes that change from month to month. They often blend multiple formats or have a specific “focus” (ie. core, resistance, balance) that make the class structure different from a typical class.

Additional charge: As noted on our schedules, Focus classes carry an additional fee for all members, excluding lifestyle members. Our instructors spend much more time planning and preparing for these classes, hence the additional cost.

Lifestyle Perks: If you love Focus classes, take 3+ classes per week, but don’t want the fee, we highly encourage you to upgrade to a Lifestyle membership. Free Focus classes is just one of the great benefits of this membership!

We’ve got a fantastic Define/Empower Fusion Focus for February that we know you’ll love. We hope to see you there! by @purebarrecary_ccc
