You’ve saved enough photos of Costa Rica. Time to be in them. 📸💦

Helmet on, waterfall beside you, and your favorite people cheering you on. Somewhere in this carousel is the photo you’ll still be showing everyone when you get home.

At Pure Trek, waterfall rappelling, rainforest trails, and the Monkey Drop give you plenty to talk about over your Costa Rican lunch.

The waterfalls get you talking. Lunch keeps everyone at the table. 🍽️🌿

Back at Pure Trek Basecamp, the adventure stories continue over a warm plate of our arroz con pollo: flavorful rice, tender chicken, colorful vegetables, and fresh cilantro. A little Costa Rican comfort to go with all that excitement.

We work with local farmers to bring fresh ingredients to our kitchen—a farm-to-table connection that makes sharing a taste of Costa Rica even more special. 🌿

And if you’ve ever gone home wishing you’d asked for the recipe… we’ve shared it on our blog!

Have you tried our arroz con pollo? Tell us what you remember most about lunch at basecamp. 👇 by @puretrek

The waterfall is impressive. Your friends cheering from the other side make the memory even better. We love these little moments

Someone planned it. Someone needed convincing. Someone has been ready since breakfast. 😂

Put them all in the rainforest, add a waterfall rappel, and you’ve got a group outing that will be talked about long after the clothes have dried.

Swipe through and assign the roles—we’re especially curious who’s stopping mid-rappel for a photo. 👀📸

Tag your adventure crew. Let’s give that group chat an actual plan.

The smiles say it all. 💦🌿

There’s the waterfall, the rainforest, the excitement of the descent… and then there’s everyone’s own way of enjoying the moment. A wave at the camera, a big grin mid-rappel, or the whole crew squeezing into one photo. 😂💚

At Pure Trek, we love seeing the people who make every adventure a little different.

Swipe through for a few of our favorite faces from the canyon—and send this to the person you’d want beside you for yours.

There is a moment, somewhere between fear and trust, when something inside you shifts.

You are standing above a waterfall, surrounded by jungle, hearing the rush of water below you. Your mind is loud. Your body is alert. And still, you choose to move forward.

Not because the fear is gone.

Because you decide to trust yourself anyway.

That is what makes experiences like Pure Trek Canyoning so powerful. It is not only the waterfall, the rappel, or the adrenaline. It is the moment you discover your own capacity.

The guides beside you.
The people cheering you on.
The community reminding you that you do not have to face every challenge alone.

And then you reach the bottom.

You look back at what once felt impossible and realize:

I did that.

Sometimes one brave moment in nature is enough to change the way you see yourself.

Enough to ask a new question:

What else am I capable of?

Step into your power. 🌿
