You asked the members of the @litsistasbookclub Book Club to show their current BIPOC read out of the fridge! 📚✨

Who knew our books needed to stay this cool? 😂

Check out what everyone is diving into this month! by @purposedwanderlust

They said spooky season, I heard editorial. 🖤

Bringin’ the glitter, the shadows, and a whole lot of attitude. Who says you can’t sparkle in the dark?

When @tiff.marie_24 holds it down for Halloween every single year, you know the lineup and the vibes are unmatched. Memories were definitely made with the crew. 🎃🔥

Not all of us made it out of the group chat, but the ones who did showed up and turned it all the way up! 🎃✨

What an unforgettable experience carving pumpkins and turning the playground into our own personal movie set.

Final Edited Photos coming soon.

Part 2 is here, and it’s time to get glittering! ✨🎃

After carving those @michaelsstores foam craft pumpkins, it was time to bring our family group costume vision to life—inspired by the amazing @jen_u_winn !

Grabbed some silver glitter spray paint and loose glitter, set up shop in the garage, and went to work covering every inch before the paint dried. A little sparkle, a few flashlight checks for any hidden orange spots, and letting them dry overnight!

Look at those finished silver and gold glitter pumpkin heads! 😍 Stay tuned for Part 3 because, of course, we had to do a full photoshoot! 📸👇🏾

From sizing and poking guide-holes to careful carving (with a few trial-and-error moments along the way!), I’m walking you through how I made these for my sister and me. And trust me... we aren’t even done yet! ✨

Stay tuned for Part 2 to see the final glittered look!

Drop a comment if you’re tackling DIY family costumes this year! 👇🏾

Crisp autumn air, a warm bonfire, and the unmatched vibes of sisterhood 🍂🔥

Last night, the @litsistasbookclub took our monthly meetup outdoors for an unforgettable bonfire night under the stars! We dove deep into our October reads—The Reformatory by @tananarivedue and The Weight of Blood by @writeinbk . The discussion was powerful, thought-provoking, and full of those special shared experiences that make our community so incredible.

Of course, we had to pair it with gorgeous fall-inspired charcuterie boards, a raffle packed with amazing gifts and merch, lots of laughs, and a celebratory toast to close out the night.

Here’s to great literature, meaningful conversations, and the beauty of Black sisterhood. Until the next chapter! 🥂📚✨

So proud of my cousin @primadonnacole and her fiancé Jon for officially unlocking this major milestone! 🏡✨ They worked so incredibly hard to purchase their gorgeous new home, and seeing all their dedication pay off is everything. Wishing you both endless joy, sweet memories, and countless blessings under your new roof. May God bless this home! ❤️🙏🏽

Nothing beats a night in with these ladies. From authentic homemade food prepared by our amazing host and friend, @msogi_mn , straight from Croatia, to games where we learned even more about each other, this gathering was pure medicine. So grateful for the laughs, the lavender oil takeaways, and the love. This was definitely needed—until the next time! 🍷🌿
