Hi Everyone! Let us first apologize for the radio silence but we’re happy to announce that we are an Official Selection of the “San Luis Obispo International Film Festival”

We’ve been hard at work building the framework for the world of wine we want to empower and give back to people, while maintaining our pursuit to all the flavors that comes with it.

Tune in today as we adventure to SLO!

Hi everyone! Back from our little summer vacation and coming to you soon with tons of great news. Make sure you follow along as we have lots of announcements coming very soon! by @pursueflavr

What you see Ashwin ( @ashwinmuthiah ) pouring into our glass is actually wine but we drank it more like juice 😅
•
We stumbled upon this wine while browsing the wine shop located in the basement of our Airbnb ( @wine_karalashvili ) and I was absolutely blown away. The smell, the taste, the COLOR; everything about this wine completely shattered what I thought wine could be.
•
Besides the year it was bottled and the grape varietals used, nothing else is marked. The only other info the shop owner had was that the wine was made naturally, qvevri style.
•
This unnamed wine is made up of 60% Rkatsiteli 20% Kisi and 20% Mtsvane, bottled in 2017.

*FUN FACT*— In the United States we drink about 20 grape varietals (pinot grigio, merlot, Chianti, brut etc.) however there over 1400 grape varietals in the world and over 500 of them are found in the country of Georgia 🇬🇪 by @pursueflavr

Alright folks, we’re three weeks out! 🥂🥂🥂

I think this sign perfectly encapsulates what our film, “In Pursuit of Flavor”, is trying to tell.

Happiness is not an end goal but a journey. On this journey we may find pit stops, road closures, detours and any other traffic analogy you can think of but the important thing is to remain true to yourself and what you love (and don’t forget to fill up the gas tank, self-care is important).

Wishing y’all a Happy Journey and don’t forget to buy your tickets for @pursueflavr !

Khachapuri appreciation post!

And how delicious you are- Khachapuri translating to cheese curds and bread is a very simple but delicious dish. Ranging in all different shapes and sizes the one you see here is the more popular given it’s appearance, but don’t be deceived as all versions of Khachapuri warm the soul.

Wow! Is all we can say to the first week of ticket sales. The amount of love and ticket sales has all of our hearts filled with excitement and lots of joy.

We’re so thankful for everyone who has kept up from the get go, and has secured their ticket and pass for the premiere.

Let’s keep it going as we have lots of seats still left to fill!

Also be on the look out this week as some of the pursueflavr team will be hosting small intimate hangs outs and events around the city. We’ll be popping Georgian wine, and answering all questions in pursuit of flavor!
