Did you notice how I didn’t just list my credentials in that post? Because I don't want to be super cold and clinical. Healing happens when you feel seen. Human to human.
That’s also how I work.

The people I support are:

feeling too much, or nothing at all

tired of just coping

burnt out from holding it all together

grieving losses they can’t even name

stuck in survival mode with anxiety, depression, disordered eating, perfectionism, anger outbursts, people-pleasing patterns,

wondering if they’re worthy or not

Therapy with me isn’t about fixing you.
It’s about gently finding your way back to yourself.
At your own pace. With trauma informed care and tools that go beyond talk therapy. Like EMDR. Like internal family systems. Like trauma sensitive meditation. Like somatic work. Like art therapy.

DM me to explore working together, or just learn more about trauma-informed therapy. You’re not alone.
Check my Linkedin for further info about my credentials. by @qintra_aisha

A lot of times we think we are falling apart and are all over the place, when we really are just falling in place. Our life looks messy but there's a fine line between life falling apart and falling in place, and this fall season I found myself reflecting on it quite a lot. To see the grey area between both situations. How do you draw the line between either of these?

[Falling apart vs falling in place, why am i falling apart, life is falling apart, everything is messy in life, life is tough, spiritual awakening, rewiring your mind, stepping out of comfort zone, letting go of what no longer serves, releasing what hurts you, how to let go, i am fine, busy to avoid thinking, cancelling plans, protecting your peace, avoiding conflict, need space from everyone, need break from everyone] by @qintra_aisha
