Sharing some photos of our students at the International Mathematics Competition for University Students! 📸

Over the summer, four undergraduate students travelled to Blagoevgrad, Bulgaria, to test themselves against some of the strongest young mathematicians from universities around the world.

Abdur Raheem Malik, Imran Bellioum, Oleksandr Paskal and Christopher Ian Williamson represented Queen Mary, accompanied by Academic Leader Sebastian del Baño Rollin.

Reflecting on the experience, Imran Bellioum described it as “the most memorable experience of my life”, highlighting the creativity of fellow competitors and the fresh perspective the competition gave him on what mathematics can involve.
