Different World. Different Game.

That’s the idea behind everything we build.

We don’t create generic games.

We design research-driven live experiences built around the people in the room.

In this video, I’m showing two examples:

🎬 Watch & Play: Inception Edition
A film turned into a live game experience—people didn’t just watch it, they played it.

🩺 Doctors Game Night
A custom experience for doctors featuring Hot Rounds, Hot Takes, and the Clinical Bender Challenge.

Two different worlds.
One design philosophy.

We study a group, understand its culture, then build games specifically for it.

This is the evolution of Gold Coast Games.

Follow the tagged page for Gold Coast games or @Gold_Coast_Games on insta to see what we build next—or DM if you want a custom experience for your group.

Nakala — would you attend something like this, and which world do you think would create a great game? by @qotf_17

The most important person in your life was once a stranger.

Yet in the day and age of social distancing and social anxiety

Most of us walk into a room full of potential connections and immediately start overthinking.

Who should I talk to?
How do I start the conversation?

At Gold Coast Games, we’ve designed a different approach.

We curate groups around shared interests and create custom games that naturally bring people together.

The goal isn’t to force connection.

It’s to remove the pressure of trying altogether.

You focus on playing.
The game does the rest.

By the end of the experience, conversations have already happened naturally, barriers disappear, and strangers become familiar faces.

Because the best connections happen when you’re not trying so hard to make them.

Follow along as we explore how intelligent play brings people together.

And if you’d like us to design a custom experience for your group, send us a DM.

Imagine a game night built around your profession, community, friends, or family..

Last year, we @gold_coast_games,were pitching an idea

To design unique, curated game experiences around events and the people in them

We faced challenges we didn’t expect and took a break.

Now we’re back, with our own flagship nights powered by @takeabreakghana!

EVERY THURSDAY/ SATURDAY, we don’t just host events.

We study each group and design fully custom live game experiences built specifically for them

This is research-driven entertainment
Built for connection

Next up: Doctors Game Night — June 18th, fully curated for that specific community.

Follow along @gold_coast_games to see if we build something for your world next — or DM us if you want a custom experience for your group
