37 years strong ! The dream is in process not the destination! To look back and find fulfillment and motivation all at once I feel more fortunate than I’ve ever been! To my family, I love you beyond words. by @qreq0ry

Celebrating the piece that makes me whole! The most resilient example of unconditional love. Even after being hit with some of life’s most challenging circumstances, you stay ten toes down 😘 I love you forever ! Happy Birthday baby ! 🥳 by @qreq0ry

A year ago today I left a setting I’v known far too well, in an attempt to leap into something far greater than myself. The year before last was filled with so much turmoil, loss and confusion. Faith had been the one fundamental factor that has given me hope beyond measure. The ability to breakdown, reconstruct & rediscover a revitalizing source, while relinquishing any fear of the unknown has reinvigorated a purpose far greater than I could have ever imagined for myself. The self evident manifestation of the highest power at work is transformative. I’ve compiled a small series of videos and images of time I am eternally grateful for. Many of the instances you will witness are therapeutic ways I find the time to realign with my creator. I hope in a some way it serves as inspiration, that in even small acts great things can be.

14 years worth of celestial over terrestrial. When it gets to a place where thoughts are consumed by gut feeling, the universe has a way of unveiling the mystery’s that legitimize our existence. Not my choice not your choice but of the most high. Times when I felt crazy, lost, and afraid I couldn’t have designed a more perfect partner to redefine my sense of security and belonging. Thank you for the way you love me subtly and passionately, emotionally and mentally! Thank you for your vulnerability. Thank you for your willingness. One of my biggest joys in life is to see you remain sweet and grow lethal. Watching you evolve strengthens me. I am because we are we are. I’m happy to know Melo is in the best hands. Cheers to a lifetime of laughter, goal setting and crushing years ahead of us. by @qreq0ry

Grateful ! by @qreq0ry

Not a single day goes by, without an expression of gratitude for the piece you are in this puzzle I call life. I know Melo could never ask for a better mom. There’s no one I could ride or die for more than you. Thank you for always holding us together. The best is yet to come. I love you ! #year13 by @qreq0ry

My dad would have been 71 on earth today. This is the passport photo that brought him and my mother to a land of opportunity. He was a driven individual. He was a bold individual. He is Machado. #restinpeace by @qreq0ry

Father’s Day ! 🙏🏽 by @qreq0ry

Truth be told in regards to gratitude my perspective changes more often the older I get. This a result of understanding the difficulties of forging some of the most favorable circumstances for others (satisfaction to self). The role of provider wether it be in reference to food, shelter, protection, environment or counsel to others can be both exhausting and fulfilling all in one (balance). At this point I’m just BEING #HNY22 from my whole world to yours ! Love ya’ll ! 😁🥂🥳 by @qreq0ry
