Our journey (so far) building Join The Q. It’s not been easy & we have days where we wonder if we have bitten off more than we can chew. But having a hyper-specific focus on the pre-drink, paired with a truly unique product, we are confident on the journey ahead. Now we have a product, we cannot wait to get it in your hands, and in the queues. Following on socials, engaging in the content & signing up on the website makes the biggest difference to us so if you are enjoying this, please continue to show the love. Chapter 1 is done. Chapter 2 begins. Time to Join The Q. Big love, Mali, Stav & George! #founderstory #beverageindustry #startup #alcohol #RTD #brand by @qthedrink
3 months since we launched Join The Q, a new canned cocktail aiming to take on the biggest alcohol brands. Starting a business, in an industry we knew little about, was already tough. Add in the taxes, regulation & other niche challenges, we have had our work cut out. However, we have been selling cans, growing the social reach & building a small but dedicated community of people who get exactly what Q is for. So we thank you and continue to work hard to make this a success. #beverage #cocktail #nightlife #startup #founder by @qthedrink

Summer is in full flow and with loads going on in August, now is the perfect time to get a box of Q in the fridge, locked and loaded. Here's five events we've picked out for you this month... On Friday 7th, @session_victim is playing an all night set at @palaisldn in Peckham, South London's hottest no-phone venue. The German house duo are known for their love for vinyls and I would expect this DJ set to feature a lot of rare jazzy house tracks, rolling and grooving all night long. If that's not your scene, @tommygold is playing at @fabriclondonofficial also on the 7th, while @jeremyunderground and Cody Currie feature on the lineup on the main stage, among others. Whether it's house, garage, or crowd-pleasers, Tommy Gold delivers big sets and has worked with some huge names. Meanwhile, Jeremy Underground will no doubt be bringing his signature mix of house, disco, and everything in between. Over in Tottenham a new venue has opened up, @radial.london (formerly Moko), an intimate and great looking space with a focus on the soundsystem. On Friday 14th radial will play host to London-based @theo_kottis who is celebrating the launch of his new EP "Theoracle". If you want to listen to some deep house / tech house in a small venue with a great soundsystem, this is for you. On Saturday 22nd @chaosinthecbd_ are playing an all-day outdoor set at @hackney_bridge by the canal in Hackney Wick. If the weather holds up, this will be great vibes. The Peckham-based duo are probably best known for their mellow house tracks inspired by their tranquil childhood in New Zealand, although their sets normally go a lot heavier. The last weekend of August brings the bank holiday and carnival with it, and if you fancy a little carnival warm up on Friday 28th, the legendary Channel One sound system is bringing some dub to @villiageundergroundlondon in Shoreditch. Please party responsibly. by @qthedrink
