Join us for a revitalizing practice of Kundali Yoga every Wednesday 6:30-7:45 pm at @quantumwellnessnj in Bedminster, NJ.

This Wednesday we will be practicing the Kriya for Lungs, Magnetic Field and Deep Meditation. This kriya is designed to expand lung capacity and strengthen the body's energy field. Perfect for the fall season.

In Chinese Medicine fall is associated with two organs - the lungs and the large intestine. This is the season when these two organs are the most vulnerable and at the same time most open to nourishment. Join us. Next week we will focus on the colon.

The sauna isn't just about relaxation — it's one of the best-researched longevity habits out there.

A landmark Finnish study tracking people over two decades found that those who used a sauna 4-7 times a week had roughly a 40% lower risk of death from any cause, and about 50% fewer fatal heart events, compared to once-a-week users. Researchers point to better blood vessel function, lower blood pressure, and heat-shock proteins that help your cells repair and handle stress - some studies have even linked frequent sauna use to lower dementia risk.

No wonder it's been called "passive cardio."

At Quantum Wellness, we've invested in two of the best infrared saunas on the market, because when the research is this compelling, we want you to experience it done right. Come sweat it out - your future self will thank you.

Book your session - link in bio.
