Happy Saturday, all. I have a nice little schedule I've been following every Saturday for some time now. As I learn more and find more things I'm interested in, it changes, but the core structure always remains the same:

1: Get out of the bed using the 5 sec rule, I literally wrote "5 secs get up" on my ceiling, so I never forget.

2: Groom ofc, I follow my morning face routine and oil pull before brushing my teeth.

3: Step on the scale

4: Exercise! I've been trying to up my one arm push-ups since December we at 10 rn!!

5&6: Practice guitar and piano (15 mins each)

After all this, I head to the gym, blessed and refreshed, ready to continue the path ahead

Understanding the need to evolve in more than a physical sense has been a game changer for me. by @quazere_ahmed

Hope we enjoyed the break yesterday, I also hope we spent it with those whom our hearts hold dear. To those who may not have had the day they wanted, understand that love is not a finite thing, and on the other side of whatever you're avoiding lies a love you can't even fathom!!!
