Hi there! 🎉 If you follow me you know I’m a foodie. I’m also into healthy. I’ve recently discovered and fallen in love with KROMA a health and wellness reset. It’s delicious and gorgeous. If you are into Organic, ethically sourced, nutrient dense superfoods, such as Ginger, turmeric, chaga, cordyceps, reishi, ashwaganda, goji berries, ceremonial grade Matcha, smoothies, broths and so much more KROMA 5 day reset is something you will really enjoy. It has helped me get back on track making better choices through out the day. It all started when Founder lisa_odenweller served me a beauty matcha latte while doing her make up for a news segment. I was taken aback by how super delicious it was. I drank the whole thing before packing up to go. ( move over coffee, there’s something better) 😀with all the benefits of ceremonial grade matcha, the warmth and benefits of ginger, collagen and a touch of sweetness of maple syrup! There is so much more goodness in the reset and you can take them anywhere, (just add water) especially if you work away from home like I do. Shop the link in my bio 👆🏻and discover KROMA. 🥳Don’t forget EILEEN15 at check out for 15% OFF your first purchase! 🎉🥳. #sponsored #kroma #wellness #matcha #adaptogens #reishi #chaga #cordyceps #ashwaganda #ginger #turmeric #maca #gojiberries #flax #camucamu #lucuma #spirulina #organic #superfood #healthy #broth #smoothie #elixir #latte #collagen #omgcookiebutter #yummy #lifestyle #dairyfree #vibrant by @queenieandei

🫘Brownie dupe! 😋1 can black beans drained and rinsed. You can mash but I recommend a small blender. 2eggs, 3 big tablespoons honey, 1/2 tsp cinnamon, 1/2 cup cacao powder. Blend till smooth, fold in cacao chips. Bake 350* 20 mins I chose a loaf pan. (they were a little dry so next time I’ll try adding a little olive oil or butter) but dang it’s a good dupe! #blackbeanbrownies #healthylifestyle #dessert #yummy #highfiber by @queenieandei

Had to jump on and try this fiber jam trend. 🍒Yep it works! 2 servings is 8 capsules psyllium, cranberry or cherry juice to desired thickness, little lime (or not) stir and top your avo oiled and toasted baguette. Can top anything really, yogurt, cottage cheese… #fiber #psyllium #cranberry #juice #lime a little weird but it was good 😆 by @queenieandei

🤎I elevated this fun and easy 3 ingredient high protein chocolate mousse with a 4th by adding kromawellness spicy passion latte. Oh the flavors!😍 🤍1c cottage cheese, 2tlbs cocoa powder, 1/2tlbs kromawellness spicy passion latte, 2tlbs maple syrup, blended, pour into dessert dish, top with waterever you fancy. ❤️ Beet and ricotta stuffed pasta shells. Wow did these flavors come together! 🔴For the beets, peel, cube 4 medium beets and toss in olive oil. Halve an entire garlic bulb drizzle with olive oil, roast on a baking sheet 425* for 30 mins. Add beets, garlic, 1/2c ricotta, handful of pistachio, and about 1/4c water to blender. Put into ziplock baggy, make a small cut to one corner to fill your pasta shells. ( keep shells aldente) place in a baking dish, add 1/4c of chicken broth to the bottom of baking dish, drizzle shells with olive oil, top with Parmesan and bake 15-18 mins. Broil last minute. 🍀For the pesto I used a handful each of parsley, cilantro, Pistachio, Parmesan garlic and olive oil. Drizzle under or over cooked shells and top with chopped pistachio! #yum #makeithappen #stuffedpasta #beets #ricotta #garlic #pistachio #parmesan #baked #pesto #cilantro #parsley #oliveoil #blended #roasted #roastedbeets #delicious #dinnerinspo #dinner #lunch #fun #food #flavour #healthy #healthylifestyle #loveit by @queenieandei
