🎃 HISTORY HAS ITS EYES ON YOU. 👀

QUEER AOKEE: HALLOWEEN EDITION is happening SUNDAY, OCTOBER 25TH — which is literally ONE MONTH FROM TODAY. So… start figuring out that costume.

This time around, we’re giving MUSICALS + DISNEY because why not make karaoke even more dramatic?

Yes, the theme is Musicals + Disney.
No, you do not HAVE to sing a musical or Disney song.

But… why wouldn’t you? But, why wouldn’t you, you’re gay right?

Think: Broadway. Disney villains. Princesses. Campy musicals. Animated icons. Your favorite character. A character you think you could pull off. Whatever.

And yes, PLEASE DRESS UP. Halloween is literally the one time of year we can collectively agree that showing up in a completely unnecessary outfit is socially acceptable.

🎤 Sing your heart out.
🎃 Dress the hell up.
👀 Judge lovingly from the audience.

Sunday, October 25th.

Come ready to drink, sing, and make questionable decisions in costume.

The room where it happens™ is about to be VERY gay.

Tickets drop soon!

Thank y’all SO much for showing up for our final LezFest of the year. When she comes back next year, be ready… 🫣 Until then, we want to remind you that none of this would exist without our Scissor Sisters ATX community. Our favorite lovers, dancers, and professional bad decision makers.

We’ve worked so hard to build this little world, but y’all are the ones who make it feel like home. Thank you for growing with us, believing in us, and making every party a reminder of why we started.

We built the party, but y’all made it something special. We love you doooown. (Sorry not sorry for the song choice, we’re in a mood today!) by @queer.aokee
