🚨PR Alert! 3:43:19🚨
I only have the LA Marathon to compare it to because this is just my second marathon and it was a very challenging course!
Going into mile 10 I got a huge blister and 5 miles later I got another in the other foot. It was brutal! But I wasn't going to let that stop me. Us runners run through the pain. I stayed a bit on the conservative side though, I was praying they wouldn't pop😭
Coros clocked 3:39:34 because of all the weaving I was doing but officially 3:43:19
Very proud of this run, now to eat lots and recover and probably get some crutches 😅

Congratulations to everyone that got this done!💪🏼

Didn't think I'd be ready to sub 21 but I pushed hard. There was one hill but I sprinted up and kept focus.

🚨PR 1:32:53🚨 shaved off 4:58 min of my pr of 1:37:11.
What an amazing race! hit that negative split:)
Lots of hills and long inclines but training at Kenneth Hahn is my bread and butter so seeing these hills didn't phase me. I owned them! Strength training was also crucial for this course.
Great atmosphere and vibes, let's rock on y'all!

Just realized I haven't been really posting any of my runs but i promise they did happen lol
Sometimes i just need zero social media for a few days. It's always good to recharge and stay away from it.
The running always continues though.

Inhave to figure out the timing later because after the first leg of the run my watch died-_- but i used my phone as backup after realizing I could after finishing up the last 400 on the first leg.SMH

Today's run felt like I had concrete blocks tied to my feet. I still kept my pace and sucked it up to finish my 10k👍🏽
Hope y'all have a blessed Saturday 🙏
