us?? gigging for once? that’s right.

happy to announce that our only headliner for the rest of the year will be with amazing mates @cherrychain22 and support from the incredible @caitlinlambbbb at @cafekino on december 3 💓

some of you may know december 3 is the shared birthday of our singer and guitarist (and one week after our bassist’s birthday.) this year we have decided to pay the hire fee of the venue out of our own pockets as a birthday gift to ourselves. instead of making money from it all proceeds raised from tickets will be donated to @transaidbristol all bands performing are donating their time to help, so book a ticket from the link in our bio and come get sweaty for a good cause.

we are committed to trying to make our gigs affordable as far as we are able so if you would like to come but are struggling, low income, or for whatever reason cannot afford the full ticket cost please message us directly. we are happy to find a compromise or a pay what you can to enable you to attend.

we’ll be debuting new songs, hopefully you can come and enjoy ✨ by @rabbitvisionband

hi. i don’t really know what to say here beyond the basic fact that trans women ARE women. trans men ARE men. non-binary people and people who use any pronouns under the sun are people who should have their gender identities respected. by everyone. i do not want anyone to exist under the assumption that we support the outdated and ridiculous ideology that the genitals you were born with must decide your identity and your entire life. the exclusion of trans people from spaces that match their gender identity is ridiculous and damaging and will only add to the heartbreaking level of discrimination and outright violence trans communities face in this country on a daily basis.

i’m not going to pretend this post is going to do a whole lot. i wish we could do more right now. i’m going to link a page from transactual in our bio on actions you can take. please read it, educate yourself, sign the petitions, write to your mp, PROTEST. i don’t pretend to be the most educated and i’m still trying to learn myself so if there are better resources out there, more things you think i can do, things we do wrong, ways i can learn, please let me know.

and if you hold bigoted views, i don’t want you to listen to anything i’ve ever written. fyi. it’s not for you. by @rabbitvisionband

Hailing from Washington D.C., Flowers for the Dead have garnered acclaim for their slacker 90s grunge inspired sound.

Formed in 2021, the band will finally make their way over to the UK to play two headline shows, one of which we'll be hosting in Exchange Basement on Oct 29th!

Really glad to have local support from Rabbit Vision, Saskia and My Mate Dennis on this one. A solid line up of indie and grunge, get involved! by @rabbitvisionband
