🌸 SWARA | DAY 4 — Knowledge Over Stigma, Awareness Over Silence. 🩷✨

Day 4 of SWARA brought an insightful gynaecologist session, creating space for meaningful conversations, expert guidance, and a deeper understanding of menstrual health. 🩺🌷

From breaking myths to embracing facts, every conversation was a step towards a more informed, confident, and stigma-free society.

Because menstruation is not a taboo, awareness is not optional, and knowledge is the beginning of change. 💗

SWARA — 9 Days. 9 Experiences. 1 Conversation.

They answered our questions. But did they really speak their minds? 👀

A word. A pause. An awkward smile. A thousand unspoken thoughts.

We took one question to our campus. The answers revealed something bigger than words.

Somewhere between what we know and what we're afraid to say, a conversation is waiting to begin.

SWARA is coming. And this time, silence won't be the answer. 🩸

Stay tuned. The real conversation starts soon.
