Having an online fitness coach truly changed my life, it taught me so much and put things into perspective. It also gave me the drive and motivation to support other women to feel the same way I have. by @rachaellouiseb

Announcement time 👀 (long post sorry.. but I did a thing) swipe for my before and afters too!
I finally did it, I’m currently underway with completing my PT training!! The gym has changed me in so many ways and helped me not physically but also mentally. I kept thinking about it but could never get myself to the point of signing up and kept making excuses.. but this is the year! I want to help people and support them to goals they didn’t think was possible.
A year and a half ago I started working with @siobhan_envision and I didn’t even want to wear underwear for my progress photos. Fast forward to last year and I took part in not just one but two photoshoots! I cannot believe how far I have come with this woman’s support.
Siobhan is currently running a confidence takeover programme, and when I tell you you need to get amongst this I really do mean it 🥰 I’ve got 2 children and never imagined I would be able to get my body to where it is today, and trust me when I say it’s not over yet! Anyone can do this. Envision doesn’t just bring you a coach it brings you a community of amazing uplifting women who forever support each other, and I would be lost without it all 🫶🏼
As soon as I told Siobhan I was thinking about signing up to do my training she has encouraged me and supported me every step of the way, can never thank her enough 🫶🏼 by @rachaellouiseb

Imagine a life where you can’t eat a single thing & you haven’t for over a week, if you try you start the gag. The smell of food makes you feel sick.
A life where you manage to get around 2 hours max of sleep & even then you wake up having a panic attack. Lying in a dark quiet room feeling alone, exhausted and unable to shut off.
A life where you cannot physically bring yourself to leave the house because everything is seen as a threat.
A life where you have so much adrenaline pumping through your body you are completely restless & unable to sit still so you pace the house with 0 energy because you are exhausted.
A life where you can’t bring yourself to concentrate on the TV, your phone or anything to distract you because you are stuck inside your own head so you spend your day staring at the wall counting down the hours to say you’ve survived another day. Just to do it all over again.
A life where you scream and cry because you cannot bare to take it anymore and you need it to end. Where you just want to fade away & leave the world behind because that has to be a better option than putting yourself through this.
Now imagine that this was what you actually had to go through instead of just reading it on a post, because even typing it doesn’t come close to the feelings I felt.
It sounds like torture right? A life a lived for months on end, a vicarious cycle that I couldn’t find my way out of. But I did it! I found my smile, my spark and realised how strong I can be.
The world is always a better place with you in it, you can be stronger than you have ever had to be before but you can fight this 🫶🏼 by @rachaellouiseb

AI CAN GIVE YOU A PLAN.
BUT CAN IT BELIEVE IN YOU
ON THE DAYS YOU DON’T BELIEVE IN YOURSELF?

AI can give you information. But the RIGHT coach brings the understanding, accountability, connection and support that help you turn that information into REAL change.

You don’t just need a plan. You need someone in your corner. 🫶🏼

If you are ready to take action and want to hear more about how I can support you to achieve your goals through my online fitness coaching, drop me a DM 🥰

My team 🫶🏼 by @rachaellouiseb

Do it for YOU 🫶🏼

Make those changes and invest in yourself.. for no one else but you!
Getting a coach isn’t just about someone setting your workouts and leaving you to it, it is so much more. They help you to navigate real life and get the results you have always wanted and dreamed of. They support you and cheer you on to push aside the version of you who never felt it was possible, to make you believe in yourself. We tackle those hurdles that make you give up and start the cycle again, to silence out the voice that tells you you are not good enough or that you don’t fit the ‘standards’. We build confidence and self belief 🫶🏼

After the 14 day free challenge I did with the girls I am on a HIGH! Seeing the results and changes these girls made in just 14 days was INCREDIBLE!!! Now imagine the results you could make in a few months time 😍 imagine feeling confident getting ready for your Christmas parties, stepping into the new year knowing you have got this rather than delaying it saying ‘I will start next year’ there is no time like the present. A lot can happen in 2 months.

To the people out there who think being on a fitness journey means you cut out all the joy in your life otherwise you will ruin everything.. you are so wrong!
You can live your life and have a bloody amazing time doing it whilst not ruining progress providing you do it RIGHT.
If your going to do quick fix fad diets, or cut out food groups completely of course you are going to be stuck going around and around in the same cycle gaining and loosing the same weight every time you take your eye off the prize.

It’s about learning to navigate and maintain a healthy and happier lifestyle. Yes at times you do have to make some sacrifices but it doesn’t have to be a bigger deal than you make it out to be. Preparation, consistency and accountability are key!
I’ve learnt to listen to my body there’s a difference between restricting and then actually having control and not feeling the need to then binge and overindulge the second those restrictions are lifted.

If you want support with reaching your goals and learning how to navigate and maintain then.. then drop me a DM, I can help 🫶🏼 by @rachaellouiseb

Just in case anyone is wondering how long the holiday spam will last.. it’s guna be a while!

However, today’s support required is..
My impulse itch is ITCHING! And seeing everyone run the great north run yesterday got me inspired. I’m literally ready to click the button to sign up for next years ballot 😂 my slight concern is I am a cardio dodger and more of a let my brain do the running rather than actually get my legs to run kinda gal 😂🙃
BUT I feel like it must be an amazing achievement and feel like I need a new challenge. It’s been a while since I did the Yorkshire 3 peaks so maybe this may be my next mission!
Stay tuned 😉 I might not even get a place, but in my delulu brain it’s already happening! by @rachaellouiseb

When you were almost one of those numbers, it becomes hard not to care. I don’t think people always truly understand the darkness unless they have experienced it.
There is a light at the end of the tunnel but I appreciate that sometimes in the depth it feels like there is no other way out. Too many people are let down by services or the shame of needing help that they can’t find their way back out, they are drowning. Too many people loose their life due to battling their own mental health difficulties. Speaking out, making people feel heard and understood can make a difference 🫶🏼 you don’t need to know what to say, just being present and holding someone in the dark means more than you will ever realise.
If I help even one person feel seen, then I’ve done what I hoped. I want to help give a people a reason to stay 🤍 by @rachaellouiseb
