Celebrating the ESSENCE of 40!

Today I’m rejoicing in my 40th birthday AND place on ESSENCE’s inaugural Power 40 list.

Thank you Essence (and @kimberlynatasha ) for this acknowledgment, but most of all for telling OUR stories with brilliance.

It is an honor to be seen, celebrated and encouraged for the work I do by my community.

While my face may be on the list, there are countless friends, family members, colleagues, mentors and ONE higher power that has made me and my work a possibility. Thank you to those that I love and love me back 💙💙

Appreciation for @google for driving @techequitycollective

Cheers 🥂 to my peers for your dope contribution to the culture, society and beyond:
