35 years. So many versions of her. 🥹🎂✨ Swipe through… because baby, we’ve LIVED. 😂💗 From the little girl with big dreams → to the woman learning that sometimes the dream changes because you change. I’ve had beautiful seasons. Hard seasons. “What am I even doing?” seasons. 😂 Seasons of starting over, betting on myself, traveling, loving, creating, healing, building, losing, finding myself again… and becoming. And looking through these pictures, I realized something: I don’t wish I could go back. I’m proud of every version of me that got me here. 35 feels different. Less proving. More living. Less forcing. More trusting. Less worrying about how it looks. More choosing what actually feels right for me. I’m walking into this year grateful for the memories, the lessons, the people I love, the places I’ve seen, the prayers that were answered and even a few I’m thankful weren’t. 🤍 There’s still so much I want to experience, build, love, see and become. But today? I’m celebrating HER. 🥂 by @rachelnicolelately
The bar was already high. Then I walked in✨ Because why blend in when you were born to stand out? 📍 Living out loud in my own world. Hair Slayage: @stylezbyarhmad 💇🏾‍♀️ by @rachelnicolelately

Welcome to The Quiet Lock-In. Thirty days of keeping small promises to ourselves. For me, November looks like praying before I reach for my phone, moving in ways I actually enjoy, and writing the honest version in my journal. It also looks like going to bed when I said I would. Pray for me on that last one. 🤍 Some days, keeping the promise might look like a ten minute walk. Some nights, it might be three honest lines before bed. And if you miss a day, you can pick it back up tomorrow. Save this for your next reset. What’s one promise you’re keeping to yourself this November? #lockedin #november #intentionalliving #goals #discipline by @rachelnicolelately
Pretty, present, and minding the business that pays me. 🥂✨ A little softer, a lot more intentional, and still the main character. by @rachelnicolelately
I made dinner. This time, I wrote it down. 🤍 If you’ve ever asked me for a recipe and gotten “a little of this, a little of that,” consider this my formal invitation to dinner. This Thursday, At the Table with Chef Raquel makes its debut on Rachel Nicole Lately. And for our first dinner, we’re eating like we made a reservation with every intention of staying home. On the menu Sweet chili salmon with homemade garlic Parmesan butter Blackened BBQ shrimp finished with fresh lemon Seared lemon garlic herb green beans with Irish butter Savory jasmine rice I kept “tasting” while I plated The full recipe drops Thursday on Substack for paid subscribers, with both my skillet-to-oven method and an air fryer option. Subscribe through the link in my bio to get it when it drops. With Love Always, Rachel Nicole REAL LIFE • BEAUTIFULLY CURATED #AtTheTableWithChefRaquel #recipe #mealprepideas #AirFryerSalmon #substack by @rachelnicolelately
Sir, wherever you are, I hope you’re having a productive day because your future wife has been BUSY. Building her career. Praying. Enjoying life. Making reservations. Booking flights. Cooking five star meals for herself. And apparently writing love letters to a man who hasn’t even introduced himself yet. The audacity. MINE. 😭😂 But listen, it’s almost Halloween, and I had a few thoughts… Pumpkin patches, midnight kisses, your hands around my waist while I’m cooking, and the day I finally get to say, “Oh, this is my husband.” Because the soft life is cute, but being somebody’s favorite person AND their favorite distraction? Now we’re talking. 🤭 Until then, beautiful curated moments, the standards stay high, and the reservations are still being made. Dear Future Husband, Meet Me After Midnight. 💌 My October love letter is officially on Substack, and let’s just say… not every thought made it into my Sunday prayers. 🍷 Read the full letter at the link in my bio. The steak was seasoned. The connection? Still under review. 🍷 I love a thoughtful gesture, a good date, and making someone feel special. But lately, I’ve been learning that chemistry and compatibility don’t always come as a package deal. Sometimes you’re not playing it safe. Sometimes you’re simply paying attention. And maybe the lesson isn’t to stop being a loving woman. Maybe it’s to recognize when the effort isn’t moving in both directions. New on Rachel Nicole Lately: I Made Him Dinner. Then I Lost My Appetite for Dating. Read the full story on Substack. Link in bio. 🤍🤓 #RachelNicoleLately #ModernDating #DatingInYour30s #WomenWhoWrite #Substack by @rachelnicolelately
Ate all week, left NO crumbs. How greedy of me! 🖤 Had so much fun I almost forgot to take pictures. Sometimes you’re too busy living in the moment to capture it all. 🥂✨ by @rachelnicolelately
There’s nothing like a UC HOMECOMING! ❤️🖤🐾🔥 Back with the Bearcats, surrounded by good friends, great energy, and nothing but unforgettable vibes! 🥂✨ Had so much fun reconnecting, laughing, and living in the moment that I almost forgot to take pictures! 😂📸 Some memories are just too good to stop and capture! UC Homecoming, you owe me NOTHING 🚀 #homecoming #vibes #cincinnati #uc by @rachelnicolelately
Life lately… because the plot keeps getting better. 🥂🤍 A little luxury. A little spontaneity. A few plot twists. And a whole lot of living. Good food, better company, new experiences, old passions rediscovered. In real time. And increasingly on my own terms. Still growing. Still figuring things out. Still romanticizing the plot. Consider this my proof of life. Welcome to my life lately✨ by @rachelnicolelately
