POSTS STORIES REELS

We’re my favorite love story. I love you more than I could ever explain. You and me forever, bubba ❤️ by @rachelynn11

A post in honor of world mental health day today. Not everyday looks like this. Not everyday is full of fun and light. Many days are hard, filled with anxiety and doubt. And in the world of college athletics, now more than ever, student athletes are struggling at an incredibly high rate. My hope is to show athletes everywhere that mental health is so damn important. That your mental space and physical space should be treated with the same care. I’m not perfect. I struggle, often. I have good days and bad days. I need support. I need space to be able to be me, authentically and truly, through the good and the bad. Our athletes and more importantly, our world, needs space to feel, heal, learn about and grow their mental health. I hope today and everyday, people understand that they are not alone. That mental health is health and that it is okay to not be okay. We, as a society, can help young people, old people and people everywhere, to break the stigma of mental health in our world, and today is a good day to start. #worldmentalhealthday by @rachelynn11

A father, a supporter and a role model. IU assistant coach Rachel Morris has found inspiration from her father Phil, a Hollywood actor, her entire life.
