If you have ever received a massage from me, leave a comment about your experience👇

Massage is essential for all people in all stages of life—infants, householders, elderly, handicapped, infirm, or bodybuilders. For people unable to exercise, massage is an excellent alternative for enhancing the growth and development of the body. And for the young and energetic people who are busy practicing the martial arts, massage is a must. The muscular strain acquired during workout sessions can only be relieved by massage. It refreshes the muscles, bringing them back to their original shape.💆🏻‍♀️

An Ayurvedic therapist focuses on clearing the energy channels in the body, moving and dislodging toxins, and balancing the chakras (energy centers).

Ayurveda believes that pains and aches are caused by obstruction of the flow of vayu (wind) through vayu-carrying vessels, or siras. Heat is generated by rubbing, which makes the body airs expand and move. Circulation of vayu in the siras relieves tension and reduces pain. Massage also promotes a deeper and more natural breathing pattern.

Let your mind become your ally. 🕊️

Bhagavad Gītā 6.5 reminds us that the mind can be our friend and also our enemy.

Balancing on our hands brings us into conversation with uncertainty. Strength, attention, and patience work together. With every attempt, we can practice a kinder inner voice and the courage to begin again.

Carry that practice into your day. 🤍

———

Haz de tu mente tu aliada. 🕊️

$Hold your center. Release the outcome. 🌊 In Bhagavad Gītā 2.48, Kṛṣṇa teaches us to act with dedication and remain balanced through success and failure. Balance begins with how we live. 🌿

In Bhagavad Gītā 6.16–17, Śrī Kṛṣṇa reminds Arjuna that yoga flourishes through moderation: in what we eat, how we rest, how we work and how we enjoy life.

Everyday choices become part of our spiritual practice. Nourish your body, give yourself enough rest, act with awareness and make space for joy. Let your practice guide you toward a steadier mind and a deeper connection with the Divine.

And when you lose your balance… smile, breathe and begin again. ✨

What part of your life is asking for more balance?

There is a quiet kind of freedom in breathing deeply, giving thanks, and making peace with the present. We can keep dreaming and growing while appreciating the life we already have: the wind on our skin, a moment by the water, the simple joy of being alive. Today, I open my arms to it all. 🌊✨

What are you grateful for today, and what are you ready to let go of this November? ♏✨

♏✨ by @radha.das

Life is eternal, and this human experience is a temporary chapter inviting us to grow, love, and awaken. Remembering this can help us live with greater lightness, trust, and joy, giving our best without making our peace depend on the results of our actions (niṣkāma karma). From that freedom, love and service (sevā) can become sincere offerings, without hidden demands or the need to receive something in return. Along the way, we can meet our shadows with compassion, take responsibility for what needs healing, and still give ourselves permission to laugh, rest, and enjoy being alive. As we loosen our attachment to passing dramas and turn our energy toward spiritual realization, we begin to remember the soul’s pure nature: eternal existence (sat), consciousness (cit), and bliss (ānanda). May that remembrance accompany the way we breathe, act, love, and move through this brief and precious human journey. 🌿✨

🌿✨ by @radha.das

The mountain teaches me steadiness. The lake teaches me to flow.

Here, between earth, water, and sky, I return to the simplicity of practice: breathing with awareness, moving with intention, and making room for silence.

May the strength I cultivate become patience.
May the peace I find become kindness.
May my life become an offering of love.

What brings you back to your center? 🤍

⋆

¿Qué te ayuda a volver a tu centro? 🤍

Yoga teaches us to approach challenges with patience, respect our limits, and keep our hearts open. What we learn through the body can accompany us into every conversation, every decision, and every new beginning. 🌿

✨ Asato mā sad gamaya

Mṛtyor mā amṛtaṃ gamaya.

“From the unreal, lead me to the real.
From darkness, lead me to light.
From death, lead me to immortality.”

An ancient prayer for an inward journey: beyond appearances, toward spiritual truth; through confusion, toward clarity; amid a changing world, toward the eternal. May our thoughts, actions, and love become steps toward that light. 🪷

The human body is one of the most extraordinary technologies we have been given.

Through breath, movement, stillness, sound and attention, we can regulate the mind, refine our perception and access deeper states of consciousness.

Yoga reminds us that the body is not merely something to display or maintain. It is a living instrument — a bridge between matter and consciousness, between the temporary personality and the deeper Self.

The body is not who we are, but when we learn how to inhabit it consciously, it can become a temple, a laboratory and a doorway into states of clarity, bliss and connection with the Divine.

In a world constantly searching for better technology outside of ourselves, perhaps one of the greatest discoveries is learning how to use the sacred technology already within us.

Breathe. Feel. Listen. Go within. Remember who you are.
