📍 Radiance Therapy Tanning

I stopped by Radiance Tanning Therapy off Roswell Road to try their red light therapy — and this one is about recovery, not tanning.

If you’ve been following along, both Vital Stretch and 4 Ever Young Marietta pointed out that I’m compensating on both legs because of an old hip injury. I’m not putting equal pressure through my body, and that imbalance adds up.

Both recommended red light therapy.

So what is it?

Red light therapy uses specific wavelengths of light to penetrate the skin and support:
• Increased circulation
• Reduced inflammation
• Muscle recovery
• Joint support
• Collagen production
• Cellular repair

It’s non-invasive, painless, and takes about 10–20 minutes. You just lay in the bed and let the light do the work.

For me, this is about helping my body recover smarter, not just pushing through workouts.

Radiance also offers VersaSpa spray tanning (they can blend tones for a natural look), traditional tanning beds, and wellness options, but I’m here for the red light.
